I was looking on BBC Red Button and found an article on this but didn't give alot of info.

Anyone care to shed some light on the matter?

Sure, I will.

It's in Ebbw Vale, which is rubbish.

I couldn't find anything on the BBC website. Are you sure you read it correctly?

Is this likely to actually pull through? I never trust things in their embryonic stages.

It's not like the UK is short of race circuits. If they've struggled in better economic times to run F1 races at such historic and well established tracks like Silverstone, Donington and Brands Hatch i can't see how a new venue could possibly be viable, now or ever.

Pipe dreams!

Me too, I would like a big track outside of England and honestly, Knockhill, Anglesey, Mondello Park etc. have never cut the mustard for me.

How long will this last...

Now granted I am not too good with organisation and politics but surely this would impact Wales Rally GB funding?

I just had a bad thought.

Aren't all modern race tracks either designed by Hermann Tilke or feel like they were, basically meaning there not too good for overtaking and are a bit boring?

I thought Wales Rally GB was in doubt already or am I thinking or something else?

I think next year it's going to run from England into Scotland?

Wales RallyGB must cost a fortune to put on, and only generates any kind of interest once a year, a Track may be a better earner for the government?
