Yep, a rare opportunity to have the lounge doors open. It was only a couple of weeks ago we had force 9 gale with a very high tide and the waves were breaking over the wall and hitting the top floor windows. Weather is definitely on the change for the better now though.

I could probably get a couple more kg's out of this exercise if I really focused on it, but its just a fun exercise to mix things up a bit. My main focus is on cleaning and pressing heavy barbells and axles overhead, and the deadlift of course.
