Cool. What about painting the one you have? Is the rarity of that one keeping you from covering the kevlar weave? :p Anyway, keep looking. This might not be the best season to find one because its getting cold.

Anyway, I'm sure i'll see you on CR. Hopefully you can stay, even if you want to post up pics of your car occasionally. Which I encourage you to, because your project is sweet. (did you ever weigh it?)

Also, I'm pumped you are into GT5. I'll have to hit you up on PSN in a month to race. 👍

huge pic is huge lol. I won't be able to stay on CR if they find out it's me. I just found a black hardtop for sale on craigslist. headliner/defrost (I will remove the headliner most likely). He says it's brand new, never been used after all these years somehow lol. $1,200. I'm gonna talk him down to $1,000. Hopefully someone will buy my kevlar top for $1,000 that way I only lost like $500 to chaseraero out of this long annoying ordeal. I'm done with carbon parts. Never did weigh my car, as I still need a manual rack. It's probably 2150-2175lbs with a full tank and nobody in it. yeah definitely hit me up for GT5. I just bought a G27 wheel, and am waiting for the Obutto to come back in stock. Til then I'll have to use my dualshock lol. No table to use in the meantime :P so funny to see you here. You still have the carbon top right? Did you sell the first one?

One of these days, I hope to be able to shoot a shotgun like a big boy. I posted same type pic years ago, and while that picture is no longer in this thread, I swear I had same exact expression on my face. My mouth wide open. :crazy:

I bought my first handgun, earlier this year. Glock G17 9mm. Finally got to go shooting with my buddies(same crew who were also in the pictures from this thread years ago), and I loved this gun. You hear smack about Glocks, because it's polymer, doesn't have traditional safety, but I wouldn't want any other handgun in its price range. Fired off about three hundred rounds, including with the extended mag(33 rounds), not a hint of jam. I think there were few reloaded ammo as well. 👍
 
Do I have to post about people failing with guns?

Opening your mouth helps reduce the noise. You need better ear muffs.

Enjoy your 17. I have the 21. Not a big fan of Glocks, but they're OK.

It didn't help that I forgot to put the right side one in on my first go-around with the Glock. :ouch: Hearing in that ear was almost as bad as after a rock concert. :lol:

We did have the sticky paper targets(kind that marks where you hit), plus cans & jugs. I need a lot more practice with the Glock. I could barely get them in a group.

I'm relieve to hear your seal of "OK" approval, I still remember that you weren't the biggest fan of Glocks. :lol: One of the guys did have the G21 with him, which happens to be the first handgun I've ever fired. :)
 
Enjoy the Glock. I plan on purchasing my first handgun sometime in the semi-near future. The whole cost thing keeps hanging me up from buying one now.

I was in a very similar situation for awhile. I'll give you the same advice I received, which is to spend the money for an quality gun. At first, I wanted a handgun so bad, I was ready to settle for lesser gun, just to save a hundred bucks or two. The same guy(big gun guy) who gave me this advice also reminded me that guns actually hold their value. Toy/Protection piece that when you are ready to get rid of it, you can get most of your money back. How cool is that? :D

After some research, discussion with my gun buddies, I decided on Glock G17. $500, plus the $10 background check fee. I don't know if I ever told you about my Remington(gray rifle in the picture), but that thing had jamming(loading & extracting) issues, also had sight + cock come off loose. I trusted their brandname, but had I done some online research beforehand, I'd have known that early production of this rifle made more jam than Smuckers. So take your time, spend the money, get the right gun for you. 👍

A few after work beers with a friend



So this girl at work left her phone unattended... and since we such asshats, we grabbed it, took pics of ourselves and made the picture her wallpaper, screensaver and caller ID for everyone on her contact list.

That would be right. There's a mall right next to our office building and many bars at said mall.
 
Is it just me, or did you lose some weight? Or maybe you just shaved off your beard. You look little skinnier, little different.....
