Big props to Flickr user yahqqligan for the pics. Maybe if I'm not too lazy this week, I'll take my own pics.

Not pics of our town as such but the beach and conservation park where Jack and I live as well as Jay.

Ah the view from my back window (well the coast anyway) :p

I haven't walked on that coastal pathway for a few years now.

I typed "Ealing" into google images and the result wasn't pretty. :grumpy:

Some parts of Ealing are really quite nice.

I'll post some more later but there is hardly any pictures.

I live in a large village called Horbury in Yorkshire.

There are about 10,000 people so its pretty much classed as a very small town, but the locals still think of it as a village. I used to live in a very small village called Netherton just up the road but I was only there till I was 3 and have lived in the same house since then.

Theirs quite a bit of history to my peaceful, Chav-infested Town!

Sorry for the long post, but I'll have to post more at some point. Stunning photos of my busy city. :)

I have never been there but it does! The place that I said I was at 2 weeks ago is a man made beach type thing. There is sand where you can see it and there is sand under the water, its basically a big lagoon with sand added. The whole area (South Bank) was used for the World Expo '88.

Mclaren, that is some fine architecture to be found in the city you live in 👍

However, I myself could never imagine me living in such a crowded place.

There's a go-kart track inside there...

While I'm here, I may as well contribute...

It's not much to write home about unless you enjoy ugly 1970's building, buses and drugs. At the same time.

Agree on both aspects. Incredible and beautiful architecture indeed, but too big city for me. Hell, even Stockholm is too crowded for me, lol.

That lagoon thing looks awesome too! My mum used to live in Brisbane so I've always wanted to go there.

I live in Seattle. Here's a few pics I took myself:

SOME RANDOM PIC'S OF SEATTLE.

Downtown from inside Qwest Field. My uncle and I went to Qwest Field to see the football match Brazil vs Canada. A friendly international game. The stadium looks a bit empty since it's almost an hour and half before the game. So crowd was half at the time. Stadium did get full, over 47,000 fans showed up. Brazil won 3-2. Another pic from the stadium:

OK, I need to get a better photo of the other Seattle icon Pike Place Market. I got it on my way to work, on bus 21 with my cell phone

This is pretty much what most of Michigan looks like right now. Potholes are everywhere and getting worse each year. :grumpy:
