I dont mean any offense. But just because its fine to you, doesnt mean its fine for others. Your screen could look normal, but on their screen your character/car is all over the place. By "you" I mean the general you and not you personally! Also, not being on broadband means your connection is likely to be inconsistent to some extent, meaning there could be times when you're fine and times when people see you sliding around or something. Again, the overall you, not you personally.
I understand people are limited by money and/or availability. So as I say, I really mean no offence by these remarks. Its a case of get online by any means necessary to enjoy a hobby. I get that, I respect that and do not want to suggest Im in any way against it. Its just seeing some of the figures people have to work with gives me an insight into why some games appear to have a lot of lag.
Think of a fps. If I have 40dl and 8ul I can recieve bullets faster than I can send them. Meanwhile someone with 2dl and 1ul is better off. I recieve bullets 5 times faster than I can send them, 20 times faster than they recieve them. They recieve bullets just twice as fast as they send them and 20 times slower than I recieve them. So how am I supposed to win a shoot at the same time battle with them? Hence, lag. But on their screen, they just see themselves win the fight, no lag. Its all about the perspective its seen from and is part and parcel of online gaming.
But hey, Im waaaaaay off topic here! lol I still see the project cars preorder on the EU store with the original (wrong) date of the seventh.
