Just had a couple of laps in the 908 around Spa.

Did a 1:10.877 was a bit messy and could improve a tad. I will be aiming for mid to low 1:10s

Quick question gentlemen on the regulations on the Audi R10. On the legal modifications it just says chassis reinforcement. Yet to get the fully broken in car to match the pp, power limiter percent, and Hp, the car would need a stage two turbo. With out it it doesn't match up with the other regs.

So is the stage two turbo just assumed. Just making sure I'm completely within the rules.

I ran mine stock at 524HP, didn't actually check the %, etc.

ya fully broke in at 68.2% power limiter, I only match 524HP and 654PP with stage 2 turbo

No turbo, if there's nothing else under "Legal modifications" then having any more is illegal.

To get it down to 523hp you need to power limit it to 76.7% with a broken in R10 - that's 682hp with a totally broken in engine with nothing else added.

So with that done and full downforce at the stock weight your PP should be right at 650.

This is part of the tweaked spec's that are going live tonight.

We brought it down to 523hp because we're using a combination of power and PP checks to inspect the cars before entering the track for races. The lobby power regulation scaling goes as follows: 483-493-502-512-522-532-542-552.
We built the regulations for the cars according to this scaling in order to make it easier and more secure to check cars. The notable exception for now is the 908 being at 548hp, but doing a PP check along with the power, as I said, will make it a non-issue.

Here are the new spec's for the R10 and GT1. Currently finalizing the 908's numbers, so that's the last part of the puzzle, then we're riding off into the sunset.

GT1: 523 bhp (65.1%) / 1100 kg (+10 to 15 position / 635 PP
R10: 523 bhp (76.7%) / 925 kg / 650 PP

For the R10 and GT1, we use the 522 hp limit in the lobby for checks. It lets you enter track with 523 bhp, as long as it's the lower of 523 bhp. e.g. 76.7% may be 523 bhp, 76.8% may also be 523 bhp.

Alright thanks for the clarification. With the old specs that was the only way for me to get it to match the pp, limiter, and hp. Glad I asked :)

hahahaha, trust me, I'm more glad you asked.

ok here are my specs
I got full downforce
682HP full engine power
Set power limiter to 76.7% i get the 523HP
My PP is at 650. You said 652 PP?
Thomas(shagg) is getting the same thing.

He said "R10: 523 bhp (76.7%) / 925 kg / 650 PP"

I still dont have any cars besides the Vette C6 xD. I really need to start finding the damned GTE cars! (M3 GTR on my main but cant be sent over to GTP)

My PP was also 650, though running 524HP.

So with that done and full downforce at the stock weight your PP should be right at 652.

This was what we were looking at. Ok confusion now taken care of haha :)

Boo GT-One gained weight :(

Thanks, nah we're both right and wrong.

I had it at 650 in that last blurb containing the new spec's but also had it down as "652 pp" higher up in the post, it's 650 thanks for letting me clear that up.

And, here's a nifty little image of the tune in my settings page containing Dom's tune 👍

Oh and when I say "going live" I mean, whenever Tim's done eating Ice cream and shopping online so he can post it on the site.

Alright, gonna have to wait till Dr_Watson's around to switch your class, he's the webmaster.

ok no problem i appreciate it. When should i look into seeing him on here?

And was also wondering if a 1:17.3xx is a ok time in the viper #51 gt car at spa.

my best time is 02.15 921 with the Viper # 91 :)

So the viper 91 is allowed wasnt sure cuz picture showed #51

my best time is 02.15 921 with the Viper # 91 :)

Nice shot Mich. My PB is 16.8 with the #51. Still looking for the #91 in the UCD ;)

He'll be around later tonight, he'll read the thread so you'll be updated soon.

Rapidly growing thread moving way too fast! :boggled:

Just wondering about the viper 91 to the viper 51 cuz the 91 has like 6 more PP to start with over the 51 so how would the settings on the 91 change if u are aloud to use it cuz i have both just used the 51 cuz wasnt sure about 91.

The #91 is indeed faster. Our spec's are based on the #51. A lot of people have the 51 so we're either gonna just drop the 91 or have to make a separate spec' for it. Right now I'm in favor of dropping it. Does anyone plan on using, or have to use, the 91?

I only have the 91

Right, I have a '91 as well, I'll test with it to try and match times with Tim and see if we can't get an altered spec for it.
