I gave gt5 an 8 because even though it is a truly amazing game, there are quite a number of reasons why its is not perfect in my eyes

it is however, the best racing game ever made

10, it a fantastic game and I've been a fan of GT for many years! I don't care much about standard cars and the screen tearing and what not. I'm just enjoying the like a true GT fan!

9: Most of the problem I see can be patched except for the transmision changes and the steering wheel settings.

I gave it an 8.

In reality, this game is very good. Obviously, it had some incredible expectations, as it should have. In my eyes, this game isn't as good as it should/could have been, but I am still happy with it. Also, it will get better over time (updates, DLC etc.), but that's not really part of this discussion. As of RIGHT NOW, this is a very good game, but short of terrific.

Love the single player mode and arcade mode... but when I tried going online, kept getting the error that my network was not correct.

As a racing fan and car lover, I gave it a 10. I can deal with all the faults because the driving experience is spot on.

If I were a gamer, however, I would probably give it a 7 or 8 because there's no denying the game has some serious flaws and omissions. In fact, PD have even taken a step back from GT4 in some regards. Nothing a single lap of the nordschleife can't overcome though

It needs a rotating camera in third persona view

thats really my only problem with gt5

yes the simple things that make life just a little better
