1:04.1 (Rank 25) but haven't played Gran Turismo alot this month and haven't used the x2010 in 3 months + so hope to be back fully with the car tomorrow :). Was on for a 1:03.5 earlier but spoon corner and a little bit of tyre got me lol :(.

Wish more TT's were like this just a default setting and no SRF.

You should have done the Mercedes one that was on recently.

wow, Great earner this! :D Done it in my second run; 1 min 20.xxx :D

I'm glad that PD included a leaderboard. I can't wait to see some of the quickest laps (if no cheating is involved)

Although I like a challenge in the seasonals I'm glad this one isn't too difficult. I'm complete rubbish with the X2010 but judging from the comments in here I think I should still be able to meet that Gold time.

I agree with you lownsey, I can't wait to see the final leaderboard times. I bet there's gonna be some ridiculously low times.

I'm currently rank 113 on a 1.04.7 which I was quite proud off. I think I can better it by about 0.5 seconds though, a 1.03 is my goal!

Ran a couple of stints at this one, managing a pretty decent time (1'03.465 P3), loosing just 1.5 tenths at the double left spoon, the settings I used were amateur steering, feedback 10, no AS.

My goal is a lower 1'03, fixing up the spoon corner should do the trick.

Too easy. Got 1:20 my first clean lap, and I absolutely suck with this car. I swore I'd never drive it again but the 5mil was too much to resist.

You can play it more than once but you only get the CR. for gold one time. :p

raVer

Not true I got 5 mil CR twice today, once this morning and again after reset.(Sunday)

Thank you X1, the level of hate I have for you has showed me how much I love the rest of my garage.

Trust me, fighter pilots and stunt pilots don't have to cope with some of the g-forces I see here... But I get your point. I think in a sim I'd say yes, it's completely possible, but not in real life... But you bring up good points... perhaps I should do a bit of research on this car in the Engineering department where I study...

You;d have to drive it slower in real life, e.g. 1:15 laps. Its capable of about 58.1 at Suzuka with max downforce.

Without regulations on cars it would come down to driver fitness. Whomever could sustain the Gs combined with the car that had the highest engine power to hurry up and get down the straits so Gs are less in the corners for the driver. (because extremely high side to side Gs are intolerable for very long.) Backwards & forward Gs arent as bad on the body. Rocket sled tests showed that one can sustain 40 times more forward motion than side to side. I do believe thats close to correct anyway..... :)

No G-force dont kill you at all. In fact you need extremely high Gs like 200 G in order to die.....

The reason alot of guys died in car racing is the whip lash effect (hitting their heads on objects). The actual G effect on most fatal crashes wouldnt have been more than 100 G with the Hans device. You can take 100 G and only loose consciousness briefly.

Seriously? Same account? I sure hope not! Might tempt me to drive it yet again. Did it twice today as well, on my two alt accounts, and that's it, not even going to bother with my main. I hate that car!

Got down to 1.06.4** something

Are the top driver still the one who use a DS3 ? 👍 Very impressive

For the amount of time it's going to take me to do this, I'd be better off grinding the Kei cars . Hateful car.

Did manage bronze after 15 minutes though.

The car responded way too much with the D-Pad. I needed to set the Sens to -2 ;)

Setting Sensitivity to 7 and Active Steering to Strong seemed to have been the best setting for me. Still took me quite a few laps to get used to the car, and to stop getting invalid laps, but I eventually got a clean one in, at 1:26, second clean one shortly after at 1:22. Did the same on a second account and quickly posted a 1:19, I think on my second lap. Did an attempt before with Sensitivity at 0, and then -2, and I simply couldn't handle it. Didn't even manage half a lap.

#1 - pad user with AT 0.1 off 2nd and 0.3 off DHolland and no replay, smells fishy

*sigh* Can there be a seasonal without cheaters?

I've tried all the sensitivity settings but in the end it didn't matter as the ''car'' pretty much behaves unpredictable no matter what.

I didn't do it yet, as I still have 19 mil cr in the bank. Will spend some on Spec 2.0 cars, if any , and then ramasse the 5 mil after in less than 2 minutes time, including the loading screen.

I'm glad it is only one lap.

Using the DS3, I find it difficult to maintain a fast, clean pace for two consecutive laps...Which is why I gave up on trying to finish the S.Vettle challenge.

Spun out twice, got bronze. Spun once, silver. Just need to get one lap in where I stay on the track and I think I can get gold.

^ red timer?

I turned everything up to max in an attempt to slow the thing down a bit a dialled the steering sensitivity up to 7 which almost made the thing controllable, after which I managed a 1.21. Took only a few attempts with my DS3. 5 million credits and a free X2010 and I'm done thank you very much.

When I looked at the leaderboard for this challenge this morning, a person using the DS3 was in the number one spot.
