I'm not sure if i'm right but normally they announce maintenances 2-3 days before and we are the 27 so it mean the senna update is not coming this month.

And it'll be a patch, no need for "maintenance." Rest assured that mega update that just happened contained the new car, kart and track configurations (that's why it was huge) - not just the minor little tweaks/fixes that were mentioned in the update message within the game. It will merely "unlock" the content that we all already downloaded...

The content was added in the last update, can you not remember the size of it? It was a big update with very little in it at the time. The senna content just needs to be activated cos it's already in game, so no need for unscheduled maintenance anyway.

As you say the content just need to be activated but it seem they are not ready because they scheduled the maintenance on the 31 as @Shirrako told us.
