Monaco's already there, he means as a TT track.Because of FOM?

15% of total sales, as I predict is the portion in question, is far more than $5.Just like it's unfair of PD to capitalize on Senna's name?
I'll send the Senna institute $5. I'm sure that's much more than they receive from the copy of GT6 I bought.

Every person in Brazil benefits from the Senna name, too. It may not be officially public domain, but he and his institution did a great thing for Brazil. I'm more a fan of him for his political contributions than his driving, and that says a lot.
What's the problem with PD redistributing a bit of money to that institution?
Estimated logical guess. It's a common percentage....Where did you get the 15% from?
What do you mean? It's the same track, with added walls. It's stupid, but it's PD's way to prevent cutting.Because it is a PS2 track that has nothing to do with the real thing.

PD's gonna mess this up, I'm sure of it. I don't even trust them one tiny bit.

Where did you get that number from? I would be pleasantly surprised if it was anywhere near that.15% of total sales, as I predict is the portion in question, is far more than $5.

Now I feel a bit bad that I got the game on sale. I sure hope this update will bring more people to GT6, and bring more awareness to the institute. If PD messes this up, it's not gonna be pretty.
It is. The PD course uses an older (and slower) variation of the swimming pool section. Inaccuracies aside, the course is very similar to what Monaco was in the early naughties.Correct if I'm wrong, but isn't it based on a older layout of Monaco?
Well, I was referring to the total contribution of PD, which would be completely doubtlessly higher than $5. It's also no extra cost to the consumer, but can help to support education in Brazil.Common for what exactly? And 15% from what exactly? Gross sales, net sales, earnings before tax, after tax? We really don't know anything. And I think @eSZee would be rather right thinking that his $5 contribution would be higher than what they get from a GT6 copy.

It doesn't matter the percentage. It's still a large contribution and a welcome one.
While I'm happy with the news, its may first and we still have nothing thats playable. Only a vague promise. Which is better then what we had yesterday.....nothing.
Don't know if this is common knowledge or not because I only noticed this today, but Senna's 1988 Racing Gear is already in-game priced at 500,000 credits in the special outfits !!
It was there from the beginning.
They changed the prices when they separated out the colour schemes as individual purchases an update or two ago, making them cheaper. Maybe they increased the price of the "special" ones at the same time, I didn't take notice. Are you sure? I could have sworn it wasn't there when I first got my racing gear. The highest price racing gear I think at the time was 100,000 credits. But I may be wrong, Just don't remember it back then..

Its been there from day one.
One of the first things I used credits for on evening of Dec. 6, 2013.
I used it for this post I made on Dec 12, 2013 on @praiano63 tuning thread.
--------------------------------------
Snark pre-empter, yes I know its the wrong car/color.
At the time didn't have so many credits to buy proper.
FYI:
Senna NSX '91 & '93, in black, red or white, depending where.
Ex: Japan photo shoots & promos/ones he owned in Brasil.
Senna was involved in NSX's development from '89 with Honda.
Ayrton Senna and Honda NSX Prototype Test Drive 1989
This. Expect disappointment and things can surely only get better. Or meet your expectations, in which case you could always say I told you so.As for the news on the supposed update coming to the game in May... I'll keep my expectations low. So far it's nothing more than a single car, and considering the Zahara situation, until I see the car in the game, I've no reason to think it'll arrive.
