The Australian guy and his (stolen) retail copy of GT5. Legit or fake ?

Interesting also that (the leaked cover) is from the collectors edition. Hence the grey SLS, as opposed to the standard edition having a red SLS. So if this is the Collector's game cover,why doesn't the apparent disc have collector's edition printed on it? That tells me this is probably fake.

Isn't the disc essentially the same for all the versions as it itself doesn't have additional extras?

Frankly, I'm confused why they want to send these pictures out to begin with. All it will do is draw undue attention to myself, and clearly these people have access to the game that most aren't privy to. This would only cause the investigation to be narrowed and me lose my job and face potential legal ramifications.

If I had copy of this game like these guys claim, I would play it quietly, telling no one, then on release day, demolish all online competition with fully developed and tuned cars.

Some people get off on the attention they get. Even if it is from random people on the internet. If I had a copy of GT5 right now I would be tempted to show it off but not so much that it would get the better of my common sense screaming at me to keep it on the downlow.

Unless GT5 is different than most other games you are correct and calling it a fake because it doesn't say "collectors edition" on it doesn't really make much sense.

The Red Dead Redemption CE disc is the same as the standard edition.

The only difference was the online code that's included.

Oh..okay. I didn't know. Well I'm guessing it's fake anyway but, who knows. Idiots that leak things like this prior to release should... have bad things done to them. Punished is the word I was looking for.

I actually don't want to see anymore leaked images/new gameplay videos... I'd rather find out the new features and experience things for myself, but everyone's different, with all these new leaked photos, the experience kind of feels a bit ruined, kind of like seeing your Christmas present before it's wrapped.

I preordered my GT5 from a known Swedish gameshop called Megastore and they've already given me the pre-order code for the Honda NSX GT500 Stealth Model..

I know its hard to believe and hell, i cant post a screenshot since every1 would see the code lol.. but here's the the 2 first parts of the code

Code: 6AFE-28BQ-****

so if any1 else got preorder codes already given out, please share it like i did and see if it begins with the same numbers and letters?

It's actually not that hard to believe.
It was last week IIRR, when someone posted a link to a russian shop which sends out pre-order boxes with merchandise and the codes when you order the game.

Video of such an pre-order box.

It is really hard for me to believe that PD would be lazy enough to reuse images we've already seen. I could go through that whole video and pick out each image and find its exact match somewhere on the internet from weeks or even months ago. The actual case itself just looks stupid, seriously, if they use that picture for the game than someone at PD must be really lazy.
Oh, and i'm not 100% on this, but aren't most game cases supposed to have the information on them, even if they come in a cardboard sleeve?
I'm going to call fake, not because it's a poorly made fake, it's quite the opposite. But if I know PD, they would have designed the case using images that haven't been seen by just about everyone. And the card for the pre-order cars just looks sloppy.


And can someone who speaks whatever language that is let me know what he said happened to the disk?

It's a pre-order box. So it's obvious why there aren't any infos written on the box. That should also answer the question why there's no disc inside. Because it isn't the actual game.

Edit: Here are two examples of pre-order boxes that I own. None of them has the actual game cover or features any infos you would find on such.

He said it is a pre-order box, and somebody stole the disc.

199p ? The price is 5 dollars.

He got stickers, poster, post cards and a code to download cars.

He does not have a PS3. He said he will buy it in November, when the game will be released.
