This took so many restarts that I lost count of the attempts, but when I nailed the lap... When I saw I was half a second up on my previous best on the last split I knew this had pace for sub-59, but I thought I would just miss it for a moment.
I don't want to do this track again any time soon.
I'll give 1-Lap Dash a try tomorrow morning, but right now I need to rest.

Less than 24 hours left and the heat is on .
Sniper strike back on one lap dash ...... Snow white took back what seems was his from the beginning .....and Saint still keep the drifting lead ..... @Failmaster21 is ready to strike ......while nobody knows what boogeiman will brink at last hour , the only thing know about him is that is being poked and that never have a good result.
That's last day short brief and feel free to panic or get excited ( whatever comes first)

A Dashing Lap at Suzuka!
Suzuka is a very fun track to drive thanks to its figure-of-8 layout. After you go under the bridge, it almost feels like you're driving two completely different tracks at once. It's definitely one of the more unique circuits in the world.
There's only one problem: I am absolutely terrible at this track. I dread any race at Suzuka in the career mode, because I know I won't have an easy time here.
And with this challenge, it's no different. My target was to get a sub-2 minute lap, and I had to work hard for it.
After the first attempt was well above the 2 minute mark, I kept on trying, seemingly improving with each attempt. That is, until I hit 2:00.089. That time seemed like a brick wall.
No matter how much I tried, something seemed to happen when I thought I had the lap that would give me the time I was looking for. Either I would spin out after Turn 2, or accelerate too hard out of the hairpin or out of Spoon, screwing up Degner 1 and shooting into the gravel, or the worst of all, cutting the final chicane and ruining two laps at once.
It was getting really frustrating and at this point I was unsure if I would ever get under two minutes. But the time finally came, and I got the lap time I was looking for: 1:59.066.
That wasn't very fun, but I just wanted to give this one a try because I like driving GT500 cars.

I really understand what @CozmicDragon wrote about and how was getting in to the F world every time was ready to break the 2.00 sec. barrier .
The same happens to me as i was trying to brake the damn 58 that i had as record from previous days .
Fast track with tricky parts that you can skrew things up.
Not working today but wasn't home anyway ( sorry Noel but couldn't make it this time ) and return late noon and just try the Suzuka .
Dashing , dancing ,crashing .....whatever lap .

Don't worry mate , according to boogeiman's will first or second place write up your name.
I also did a low 6.000 but honestly i forget to load it ,not that it matters cause am still at last place anyway.
Even this ,sniky ,filthy animal Bryce pass me for good and sometimes i wonder why i love him so much
Perhaps is my Karma thing

Good times Hugh. I knew 58.0 wouldn't be enough on no tune, I think my split was -0.3 on my best time, it'd probably be close if I didn't brake too late in last corner.
Suzuka 1 lap was much more time in it tho.. 1.53 probably.. Anyways, good racing, congratulations
btw someone mentioned Mercedes Goodwood WR.. I don't know what is it but I saw vid on YT guy doing 42.6 so we weren't even close.. Also he used TC=0 so I guess except the start it just slows you a lot but I didn't have time to try other settings.
was good to be back, I hope that I'll manage to do some more rounds this summer.
