Flash flood causing rains today with a high of 69. The weather man promised cold weather at the end of next week, so it will probably be blazing hot.

It just started snowing. :grumpy:

I have a sneaky suspicion there won't be any soccer tomorrow. The low tonight is supposed to be 23 with a 16mph wind. Doubt it'll warm up much by 10am...

*shutters* DO. NOT. WANT.

It'll be warm enough here to keep the snow away, but we are still going to get some awful cold rain.

Man... Some people get all the fun.

Its supposed to raid next week... I don't think I can recall what rain even looks like... -.-

So let me get this straight. The west side of the city must be entirely under water, and with the sun beating down on it the water evaporated so quickly and condensed to much that by the time it got to the west side of the city, where you live, it had begun raining.

Crazy.

Here, it's dry today. I had been raining steadily for the last 2 days, and that with the cold air made for a miserable time. As for snow TB, it'll be a while for us. I can't wait though. Hopefully I get laid off again this winter to I can have tons of free time to enjoy it. :D

Denver shattered a 100 year old record low after dropping to 17 degrees Saturday morning. The old record was 25 degrees dating back to 1905.

Our normal high this time of year is 69 degrees. Saturday we will see temperatures well below normal with highs in the low 30s if we're lucky.

I want to see snow...

:(

Just wait... I'm prepared to be stuck at home again over Christmas again this year because I won't be able to get the GTI out of my driveway. I'm guessing Seattle will get plenty of snow.

We're continuing our streak of 50-55 degree weather with occasional rain in Holland. So I'm pretty happy. No snow in the forecast, though. Kinda sad; I want it to snow now that other people are starting to get it.

But the kangaroos stomp all the snow away, don't they? Or is it the Koalas? ;)

Yeah, I think we'll get plenty of snow this year again. That's actually quite lucky, after re-roofing the house.

It's going to reach 30 degrees tomorrow at 6am. What happened to fall?

Are there any sites out there where you can compare the temperatures to last year's?

No, i tell you the kangaroos don't interfere with the snow. ;)

A really cold, lousy day today where I live. Good thing Bathurst was on for the majority of the afternoon.

Currently 13 degree celcius here at 9am and its cloudy too.

Gonna catch my flight back to Dubai at 2pm so guess its gonna be a smooth voyage.

Chris

So Saturday we got a dusting of snow and it was gone by the afternoon. Well, today we are supposed to get 2-3 inches and it looks like it will get there easily. I think it's December already.

Looks like the snow you guys are getting is going to hit us as a cold rain, which isn't a bad thing. I don't think I could take snow right now.

Possible storms all over south Queensland...

There were Thunderstorms last night, hope I dont get too wet at school today.

It's very cold, about 64, cloudy and gray. It's supposed to rain in the next few days, too. Not typical SoCal weather, but it's welcomed if we get rain. It hasn't rained in about nine months.

California cold=64
Minnesota cold=30

Funny how those things work isn't it.:P

It's extremely cold out here. It might get a little powder on the ground if I'm lucky.

Wow. It's warmer here even. We're looking at high 40s to mid 50s for the next while. And lows won't be very close to freezing. It is pretty nice, though.

27F at just before 11pm. Tomorrow is supposed to get up to (heat wave!) 42!

Too bad the average high is almost 60...

Pay better attention, I said it's, "very cold." What you got is what we call 'freezing-my-ass-off!'

:D

I often wonder, how cold does it have to be before Minnesotans consider it, "Colder than a witches tit?"

While I'm not a Minnesotan, I'm fairly certain that it's well below 30.

Whatever the correct answer is, us NoDakians are good for at least 3 degrees colder. :sly:

Depends where in California... 64 is T-Shirt weather the Bay Area. :) In the winter I used to call 64 beach weather... There is a big difference between SoCal and NorCal :D

Today we had rain clouds, but it was supposed to rain... I really hope we don't have another mega drought this year... Sunny winters are so depressing :(

I just let the dog outside and my socks froze to the deck.

Around here sunny winters suck because of the glare off of the snow. I'd still prefer sun to gloom, though.
