Not in summer we don't ;)

Edit: I love these hats ^

Yeah it's crazy we got so much in summer, i enjoyed riding my bike through it though. :D

TB
If it wasn't so windy, I'd go outside and freeze hot water. :D

Pics for anyone interested.

North out my living room window:

West out the kitchen window:

And my screen door :P

110° temp difference between there and here. Ouch.

Speaking of crazy... maybe i do miss out on something here in Australia... Everything is judt so dull there though...

Beautiful today: 25C. :)

Couldn't get a nicer day. :)

Which Sunday between September and January isn't a good day to just stay inside and watch football? ;)

Upper 70's. That's just cruel. I'll be in the 70's and 80's soon enough. We're well on our way - only -55° now! :)

I couldn't go outside if it's under 5C, i would freeze... 25C is actually quite cool for a summer day here... beautiful though. :)

Still bone dry down here in Burien. Maybe that'll come down here later.

But it's 36 degrees, so it probably wouldn't stick if it did.

It rained all day here... What gives? Either way, its unseasonably warm, and then the cold snap comes!

Well, it looks like by the time I will be headed home from work we will have been getting freezing rain for over an hour. This should be fun.

It actually dropped ten degrees, as the sun was coming up, on my way to work this morning.

-18 last night with a wind chill of -30. Not really that impressive with the likes of TB around. Time for me to move some boxes and get my truck in the garage. It was not happy when I started it this morning.

It's going to be typically Michigan weather today. 50 this morning and 13 by the time I leave work. Plus it's been raining so the roads are going to be an ice rink.

-14 with a windchill of -43 now! Apparently work is open, but it'll have to be without me. My wife just got home after 36 hours at work and really needs to sleep and my mother-in-law can't make it over. Three day weekend. I still have to tackle the 4 foot drift in my driveway, though. :grumpy:

+45C with the sunburns... weee...

Joking. :P We're not getting any real heat yet for some reason, though it's nice today, about 25C again. :)

40-something damn degrees. I can see lots of snow on the mountains across from here.

You guys had it lucky most of the day. When I got up this morning, my driveway/road was a sheet of ice, and I actually couldn't get my car open. It was terrible, and I was late for my exams.

Now its just bitterly cold. Its 16F and extra snowy.

They sanded all the roads here yesterday. I was surprised at how much of a difference there was with and without it. I also got the GTI out for a little drive today. it was pretty nice actually being able to feel what the car was doing on the sheets of ice, although all that torque down so low made starts pretty fun.

Yay! Below freezing again!

Hasn't it been below freezing since it snowed? And I guess we're supposed to be getting more on Wednesday, so we might have to do some more ice skating in cars, which is rather difficult when you're going down a steep hill with a stop sign at the bottom and drainage ditches to either side...

Sunny and above zero is bitterly cold? Surely you jest!

We got 6 inches in Olympia. Blizzaks are worth their weight in gold.
Besides the ice we got yesterday it's been a half inch of flurries and rain here. Later this week it's supposed to get up into the 50s! I want my purchase of Blizzaks to be justified, plz. It's been up and down between 20 and 40+ drastically for the last two weeks.

This is what I want: I want it to snow so persistently for so long and be so cold that the plows might as well not plow. The snow should accumulate and cover the road again within a couple hours. And that will only be possible because it'll be near 0 degrees and salt won't melt anything. And I think that should go on for at least a week straight. Take a week break, and then start again, all winter long. That'll be great!

BTW I'm moving to Michigan where it actually snows during winter.

You live in Ohio, and you’re complaining that it’s not cold enough?

I really don’t understand anybody who doesn’t live in southern California or Florida.

I'd trade you places but you live in Ohio and as a Michigan citizen I have to hate your state. We are gearing up for 6-8 between tomorrow night and Friday. Needless to say I'm thrilled that I have to deal with this crap.
