It reached 102° today! Bah! Too hot! But, it's a 'dry heat' though. Good thing I didn't try to smoke anything today. I stayed indoors and grilled the chicken, instead.

I'm sitting at a downright balmy 66F and 6mph wind. Terrible, I tell ya. :p

Glorious sunshine woke me this morning and my ride to work was a bit on the warm side, even wearing shorts and t-shirt! It's been said that today will be mid thirties. I hope not because I find it hard to sleep on my lunch break when it's that hot.

Are you serious!? Your complaining because you can't goto sleep on your lunch break!? And your blaming the weather!?

Well, considering I'm in work by 7am when it's already hot and by lunch time it's baking I don't find it easy to sleep especially when the humidity is so high. Between 11:30 - 3 I have no class so I try to get my head down. It's not easy to sleep when it's stuffy.

I can't believe you are able to have time to squeeze a sleep in.

I start at 6 am, I finish at 4 usually, but sometimes I work until 7. In that I have 2 20 minute breaks and a half hour one. When I do finish at 4, I'm home for 5, then I have my tea, then sort my daughter out, that usually takes until about 8PM, have an hour to and hour and a half on the PS, then sleep.

I'd love to have a sleep in the afternoon, there just isn't time though.

I've only just started doing it recently. Working evenings and weekends I didn't need to but now I'm working nursery school 9-5 the kids sleep for several hours around lunch so I grab a few zzzz in the office otherwise I'm so tired I'm in bed by 9/10pm.

Checking the forecast to know what to set out for the kids to wear tomorrow, it's supposed to be 86F!

Go straight to summer, do not pass spring, do not collect $200.

9:30AM and it's 90° (32° C) right now in my backyard! It was 102° yestersday. But, at least it's a dry heat.

It rained very little today, so I would call this day another day of sun. About 10°C is just perfect too :D!

Went right past 86 and leveled off at a current 92. Not sure if it was warmer earlier or not.

All or nothin'.

Another 102° day. It was 98° at 3:30PM when the boys came home from school. They were so damn hot and exhausted they each drank two bottles of water and chilled out on the couch.

Southern California's average winter temperature is in the mid 40's, Fargo's is zero. And yet today you're 102 and I'm 92. Temp swing isn't fair.

Monsoon!!! Storm rolled in right as I left for work. I entered work having gained aquatic status. Thunder and lightening darkened and lit the sky, respectively, and I spent half the morning dancing around with a hair dryer trying to rid myself of the half the clouds in CQ which are now somewhere in my coat lining. :grumpy:

Was 42F this morning at 8 and right about now it's 44F. Really cold to be in only one bed sheet in the morning.
