Three years of Gran Turismo 5

Exactly three years ago (24 November 2010) Gran Turismo 5 came out.

It seems so long ago that I opened GT5 for Christmas in 2010... And it's only three years old!

Memorable moments? Burning through the early races with the FT-86. Trying the first seasonal events back when I thought they were a worthy continuation of A-Spec, especially the F2007/2010 races.

Fondest moment of all would be the online races which ended in a photo finish more often than not. Most of which happened on SSR7 in snowy conditions. Insanely quick a close racing accentuated by the "Warp Drive" effect of the snow rushing past. Intense stuff.

My most memorable moment would be when i got it, i was in such a rush to get home i didn't see where i was going and went straight into a tree branch falling back first on the ground.

My fondest memories are of racing NASCAR cars at Daytona online with a very select group of great racers. Some great racing with a lot of laughs with some very great people. God I miss those days. Hopefully we can all meet up and do it all again in GT6.

Three years ago I met my fiancée so I didn't play GT5 until I started it this summer, so my memories are alive and kicking.

Prior to starting GT5 I hadn't played GT4 since '06-'07, so it's been a while since I played any GT to say the least.

Even after I get GT6 I'll keep up with GT5. It's not getting shelved any time soon.

My 1st drive of a finished Devil Z replica at SSR7 online, the turbo, the power, the speed, and the awe of other parked cruisers when they see the 240Z went past at over 320kmh in the tunnel

My most memorable moments of GT5 is when I was drifting on a TT and my PS3 froze and my data got corrupted. All that hard work gone. Started again. But got farther in my collection.

It is quite simply the best game I have ever played, in these 3 years I only ever bought 1 other game which was GTA5. Played that for a few months and I came straight back to GT5, best ever thing I have ever got for $80.
Thank you greatly for the work you've put in Polyphony Digital. 13 titles in 15 years.

I have many memorable moments in GT5. I think my 3 most memorable ones are when I bought my Giallo Modena Ferrari 458 Italia, the car that I have put the most miles on in the game and is my baby that I will never get tired of. My second memorable moment was, after a long, grueling, weeklong race, I won the 24 Hours of LeMans. and my last memorable moment in the game is also my most recent one, was when I bought my Ferrari 330 P4 in which I did a photo op of the car which I,m hopping did justice for such a legendary car.

my best memory hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, there are a lot, but i'd say the ones i enjoyed the most are winning a race in the green hell with my M3 GTR race car vs a Camaro SS RM by 0.008 of difference (i was so goddamn happy) and watching the Spec 2.0 intro for the first time, that is my favorite game intro since then, i'll miss you GT5, i'll have a lot of fun in GT6, LONG LIVE GT!

Same for me, but a black one. Best moment, i was waiting so much to have it, first lap at monza.
Won a lot of online races at 600 pp, an endless number of laps at spa and the nurb.
80% of my photos are photos of that car lol
