A blueberry bagel toasted with cream cheese... And water...

Edit: I just finished my bagel. It was very good except it could have used more cream cheese.

Some Goldfish s'mores adventure things and a frozen PB jelly sandwich which I had to eat frozen because I can't wait for it to thaw.
 
I tell you what I'm not eating today! Ancient eggs! :yuck:

Why the humble folk of this country deem them edible is beyond me. I think I'll skip them and do Pizza Hut.

What I did eat recently were these bad boys.

Fried silk worms. Bland but expensive.
 
Apparently they're also good for being part of an ecosystem but nobody told the Chinese that.
 
Pork chops, and Erwtensoep. Peasoup in Non Dutch I think.

Looks nasty as hell, but tastes damn good.

The boys and I went to Taco Bell for lunch. Had two bean burritos. Diarrhea should set in by midnight, or so.

I've just been a bit sick :sick:

I don't like eggs...actually didn't Jackass do a stunt eating a bucket of hardboiled eggs until the inevitable happened.

My diet now mostly consists of fried chicken and hard boiled eggs. And the odd ham and cheese sandwich.

2000+ Cal per day. 70kg here I come! :)

My wife ran some numbers for me this weekend and if I did nothing but sleep, I'd need 2000 calories/day to have enough energy to be able to wake up to sleep the next day.

My wife, myself and some of her former classmates went out to celebrate passing their certification so we went to a bar and had a big ass plate of nachos and a couple of Woodchucks. 👍 As that was last night, I should probably think about eating some breakfast...

Eggs won't gain you weight unless you are following a hard lifting programme (the weight gain is from increased muscle mass).

If you want to gain weight, get dairy products into you. Not sure on the milk situation in China, but a gallon of milk a day for a month will pack on the weight (fat mass). If you do try this, slowly increase the amount you drink per week otherwise your body will hate you andddd you may force your body into lactose intolerance.

Either way, 2000kcal per day is nowhere near enough for anyone, unless you sleep for 24 hours a day. At your height (depending on how active you are outside of cycling) i'd be looking at 3000kcal + per day!
