Do NOT go fishing with TB. :scared:

I'll re-plan my summer holiday then.

TB
My wife ran some numbers for me this weekend and if I did nothing but sleep, I'd need 2000 calories/day to have enough energy to be able to wake up to sleep the next day.

Erm...........Huh? Wake up to sleep?

Eggs won't gain you weight unless you are following a hard lifting programme (the weight gain is from increased muscle mass).

If you want to gain weight, get dairy products into you. Not sure on the milk situation in China, but a gallon of milk a day for a month will pack on the weight (fat mass). If you do try this, slowly increase the amount you drink per week otherwise your body will hate you andddd you may force your body into lactose intolerance.

Either way, 2000kcal per day is nowhere near enough for anyone, unless you sleep for 24 hours a day. At your height (depending on how active you are outside of cycling) i'd be looking at 3000kcal + per day!

I found these figures online a few months ago. I may have misquoted 2000Cal, could have been a lot more in that case.

I drink a fair amount of fresh milk everyday and cycle a fair amount. I also have a very active job which involves a lot of jumping, dancing and what not.
I lift a bit but not anything that could be considered body building, just 20 reps of 15lbs each night on each arm to keep my strength up, because I am very skinny.

I don't really have much fat on my body and my top half has a very low muscle percentage. My legs on the other hand, are nicely toned and make up for the rest of my body.

Any how, I just ate a Boston doughnut and a cheese and ham sub with crisps in.

Sat at Manchester Airport waiting for my flight and this is my breakfast. Cup of tea, cup of coke.

Free refills!

^ Beware. Books can be undigestible.

I'm having some lovely fettuccine pasta with homemade pesto sauce. I can't begin to tell you how good it is.

French trimmed lamb cutlets with seasonal veg, a cheeky Chianti and 21 year old Bowmore. Yummy. :D

Pics or GTFO. :sly:

I'm on easy mode after last night on the pop. I'm currently finishing off Toblerone, washed down with Pepsi Max.

I had some egg fried rice for dinner today. Not very nice. The beers I had with it were better even with a hangover!

On my lunch break from training so I ran to Burger King. Had some kind of burger with beef, bacon, cheese, etc. Nothing terribly special, sadly.

^Awesome grub. Made me want cheese burgers...

I'm yet to eat anything today but as soon as Mrs Shem gets ready (hours from now) I'm thinking a Pizza Hut would go down well.

Buttermilk pancakes, sausage links, hash browns and scrambled eggs. Nothing beats breakfast for dinner.
