I woke up 30 minutes ago, gotta find something to cook and eat for dinner. I'll probably eat some grilled chicken and some fusilli pasta, it only takes 15 minutes to cook. At least it's a quick option for us.

For breakfast, my mom had some plain toast, 3 waffles, 2 strips of bacon and some grits. I had 2 bananas, 3 pancakes, 1 bagel and 2 waffles.

Homemade tuna salad (no onions, just celery) sandwich with butterhead lettuce, two pickles on sourdough and some mesquite bbq kettle chips.

I had to make another because damn.

I was all set to pick up a bacon cheeseburger and have a beer before watching the movie on Friday but the local Five Guys franchise had been taken over by Muslims who had a strict no bacon or beer policy.

There are two things' we Mexicans we'll never surrender: Pork and beer. Heck, many of my Jewish college schoolmates happily broke with Kosher every time they could!

Sorry about that but the power of autosuggestion sent me to the kitchen to fry up a bacon 'n' egg toasted sandwich. It sure tastes good.

I wanted to see how thin I could get the pizza, following strict serving amounts as well. All topping are 1.5 servings or less, then the dough is about half serving of flour (I guess - I need to do the math for the dough, but the portions are pretty small)

These will remain in the fridge for a cold ferment. Gonna bring a pie in for coworkers to get rid of excess.
