I had a lot of appointments today and was too tired to cook after work and the gym so I got a nice Kebab for dinner tonight.

Grrr.... my neighborhood's KFC is closed until further notice due to a remodelling work gone bad that was closed down by the municipal authorities, for either code violations or failure to pay the customary bribes. And the restaurant was fine as it was, grrr...

My first proper scone with clotted cream and strawberry preserves, in the crypt of St Paul's Cathedral.

And my first proper fish, chips and cider in a London pub.

Tiptree is the yummiest jam I've ever tasted but it seems to have disappeared from my local stores. Luckily I still have a full jar of strawberry in the cupboard.
