One of the only two remaining cans of Brewdog Post Punk tropical IPA in existence (unless anyone else has hoarded them for a couple of years since they stopped selling it).

I've always been a sucker for fruity IPAs and this limited edition used to fit the bill nicely while it was around.

Christmas Eve - pizza.
Christmas lunch - Thai grilled pork.
Christmas dinner - 1kg whole chicken just for myself (still BBQin’)
Great choices there mate. Hope you all had a good Christmas and New Year's.

For dinner a little while ago, I ate some steamed white rice, grilled chicken tenders, green peas, and some white bread rolls. My mom ate some turkey subs, white rice, green beans and mashed potatoes.

For breakfast my mom had some bananas, oat cereal, 2 bagels and some pancakes. I ate some pancakes too and some sausage patties.

Sausage casserole - this time made with pork and chilli sausages and baby new potatoes

I also cut up some Milano salami and added that in as I fried the onions and garlic, and it added a nice bit of texture - I just ate it on its own, but could serve it with pasta or rice, or with crusty bread. The potatoes really make it more like a proper meal too.

Homemade Chicken Jalfrezi, served with a side of fresh garlic and coriander naan...

It was good for a first try, but it took over 1.5 hrs to make and it wasn't that much better than an M&S ready meal - but it was fun to cook, and the chicken is far better quality than in a ready meal. It also wasn't too hot, and the naan bread was great, so it didn't need any rice, but it would also go great with basmati.
