Either that or he has found the solution to world hunger.

Fullness is gone, but the artery clog is still there.

Exercise more. It makes the hunger pains go away. If you're physically able to, and in good enough health, move more.

Because of my disability, I haven't been moving very much in the past several years. I now gain at least 7-10 pounds a year, every year. My diet change has stopped the weight gain, but I'm not losing anything.

I'm going to start a new and easier exercise program, myself. I suggest you do the same. The key to losing weight is get our fat asses moving!

yessir! Already on it. I've been going to the gym three times a week with this workout me and my buddy developed (strength and cardio mixed). As soon as I get off work I'm heading over there. It's been going well, I've lost 25 pounds since the winter. Also doesn't hurt that the new girlfriend's a personal trainer lol. It's a bit of a motivation.

on to the subject of the thread I wish I had some Vodka right now. and a cigarette.. Does that count as eat/drink?

Yes, as far as the Vodka is concerned. Hard liquor has a ton of calories. Just stop drinking. It's not good for you when you're trying to diet.
