Most people Shem only eats salted because there isn't any cheese & onion Monster Munch, Quavers, Wotsits, MiniChedders, Nik-Naks or Hula Hoops left in China.

Development of bourbon-brown-sugar-glazed, pecan-crusted trout:
Pre-oven: (next time I'll just dip the fish in the glaze because it was too hard to keep it at the right temp so that it can be spread but won't just run off. I also need to get a food processor because both using a knife on and blending pecans is a bitch.)
Post-oven:
I could've made a desert with all the pecans and glaze that ran off into the pan.
