What did you get for your girlfriend/wife?

I took her to the Lord of the Rings. We don't get each other gifts till the check after New Years and all the bills have been paid. Only then do I get gouged for $150 worth of makeup or something for the house.

I got 'er a black leather jacket from Banana Republic, and a white 1996 Lincoln Continental.:odd: She wanted a new car, and I was tired of being seen with her in her ugly ass green-ish blue Saturn thing. Now I can lean back gangsta style in the old person car I got her. w00t!

I got my girl some stuff from Pier 1.
She got me some protien bars :rolleyes: and the same thing that PR got from his girl. ;)

Nah, It wasn't much. Under 7. I've owned watches worth twice what her '94 SL2(I guess) is worth. I know I'm too young to be buying a girl a car, but I didn't want her driving that anymore. Plus, I've been best friends with this girl since I was 3 - when I first kissed her in Kindergarten.:lol: The Continental is friggin' awesome. The leather bench seats rule. The adjustable ride suspension crap works great. Switching it from firm to plush while driving over bumps on the hwy you can really notice a difference. It's got heated mirrors, self-adjusting rear suspension(or something), some crazy floating guages(:odd:), etc. I took pictures of the Lincoln and Saturn(my boat of a car is in them as well) in our driveways on Christmas Eve - I might post some pictures if someone actually cares to see the damn things.

You need to get yourself one of those velvet hats that has that long feather coming off the side of it. You'd be extra pimp while you ride in that Lincoln. :D

oh to hell with it i got her a bottle of apple cider,:lol: a digital camera shes really been wanting, and this stuffed animal thing:p

Heck, I'm even more embarassed to say this is probably the first year I've ever bought anybody anything for a holiday.:lol: I honestly can't even think of a birthday where I bought someone something.:scared:

well...i got her a necklace that ran me over $150...damn that alot of cash when i only get money on my birthday (normally about 40-80 bucks) and sometimes at christmas...imean we're talkin about three years savings here...but hey...if ya really wanna go far...lol:lol:
 
I didn't get her anything. Her birthday is on the 30th, I'll get her everything then. I get paid on the 30th and it's all going to whatever she wants.

She got me the new Audioslave CD. w00t! :)
 
I got my woman a silver necklace with a red ruby dangling from it.. It was a pretty good price. 15$. I also got her a sweatshirt that was like mine because she loves wearing mine so much. I wanted to get her a ring (a NICE one), due to the fact that our 6 months is the day after xmas (26th), but by the time i went to get the ones i wanted they were gone. Really was hoping to get her something special for the 6 month.

In turn, she got me a fishnet shirt (pretty cool), some rice krispies treats (:drool: ), a hotwheels car holder, and a few hotwheels. I collect hotwheels, incase you couldnt figure it out. Hah.
 
She loves reading, so I got her 7 books. And not necessarily ones she would have got for herself. I also got her the Indiana Jones Trilogy DVD, and a Busted ( :yuck: ) album.

She got me a bunch of DVDs and a dressing gown.
 
A silver heart in a necklace and some perfume. She bought me SSX3, and now I'm waiting for the kids to get of the PS2.:irked:
 
I told my girlfriend I was going to get her a chees log as a gag gift, and I bought it and forgot to go get the real gift so I just gave her the log!:lol:

But I ended up taking her out later.
 
Well, got myself a bottle of tequila., and drank to memories of past years with family and girlfriends... I got the last girlfriend a ring for X-mas - actually Chanuacah. . .


guess I have a major case of Ba Humbug.
 
A trip to London in which I paid for everything, plus some jewelry and some other things, and I didn't destroy her car, burn down her house, or kill her friends. What the hell more could anybody want?

Got her a book about the World Wars' influence on Tolkein's Middle-Earth. She's really into that Lord of the Rings stuff.
My mom made me take a freaking fruit basket over there, too.
 
I got my girlfriend a 50$ giftcard to walmart and like a pound of chocolate covered cherries :D (i would have gotten her jewlry but i never see her wear any?:confused: )
