Your Very First Playstation game?

Wow, it's been almost 10 years ago when I got my first playstation game. Not one of my brother's games that we played.
I think it was Spyro 3: Year of the Dragon. It is still my top 5 favorite playstation 1 games. I wish I could go back in time to relive those great moments of my life.

First PS1 game was Gran Turismo.
First PS2 game was Gran Turismo 3.

Too bad it wasn't the same for the PS3.
The first PS3 game I bought was Burnout Paradise? Although, when I bought that, I pre-ordered Street Fighter IV, since it was the reason I bought the PS3 in the first place. Second reason being GT5.

Ridge Racer my dad was given the PS when he bought a home theater for like $900+ at a Sony Fisher Store in California.

Medal of honor, then Metal Gear 1, for ps1. I bought it for metal gear. But the store was all out of copies so I bought medal of honor. I was 18. The last medal gear brought back so many old memories of that game. I still remembered the room and hallways. Especially the tank fight with Raven!!

Ridge Racer. Saw the PSX while visiting Japan before it was released in the West. Brought one back to the States with me. My second visit to Japan coincided with the release of Gran Turismo. Obviously I brought that one back with me, too!

Yeah I know man, I liked most the scence, where you see, ah forgot the name, shell sth., in the snow you know? When this music started to play I got sentimental, good old childhood, oh how much it sucks to be an adult.

First in PS2, Pro Evolution Soccer. I spent months even years on that game and beating buddies repeatedly, hehe!

I got a bundle of Ridge Racer, Tekken and Warhawk.

Ridge Racer went on first and was completed the next day and people complain about the lack of GT5 tracks.

I still remember the drifting bug in that game and had lap times none of my friends could understand how I'd done.

Ridge racer on ps1. I bought the console and game together, but they had no consoles in stock for a couple of days. So I was there at home, game in hand but nothing to play it on.

the first game I ever played on PS1 was Battle Arena Toshinden. It was like the first game to come out for the system along with the horrible Street Fighter movie game...

Is PS1 the first system the OP started with? That's so weird to me. What if I started a "what was your first Atari 2600 or NES game?"

I bought GT4, Enthusia & PS2 slim console for my son, who was six at the time. He got frustrated with them after a year, that's when I took it over and been playing them ever since.

I remember hitting up the arcade at the movie theater one day, and fell in love with a game called "Street Fighter vs. Marvel Superheroes" . I think I blew all the cash and spare change I had in my pockets on that game..

Anyways, later that same day I was walking thru the local Target store, and what do I see?? "SF vs. MS" for the Playstation! That ended up being a rather expensive impulse buy. I walked out the store with a copy of my new favorite game and a "shiney" new dull grey PS1! 👍
