As the world passes into Friday morning, players will find a brand new set of Gran Turismo 7 Weekly Challenges appearing in the game’s World Circuits menu.
Weekly Challenges are more-or-less a bonus game mode, available to players who’ve finished the main GT Cafe career. They currently consist of a set of five race events drawn mostly from existing World Circuits events, allowing you to revisit some or check off others to reach 100% in your dashboard, and have some bonus rewards for completing them in the one-week period.
Until Spec III comes along this December, you’ll find four standard races from World Circuits alongside a fifth “Special Event” created just for the week. The events are noted with a green outline within the race circuit selections, as well as a special, green box in the top-right corner of World Circuits, and over the icon for the same in the World Map.

Gran Turismo 7 Weekly Challenges – October Week 3 Races
Sunday Cup – Sardegna Road Track C Reverse
Our entry level race this week is a two-lap challenge around the short Sardegna Road Track C Reverse course as added in the 1.63 update last month. The only limitations here are that you must use a road car, and there’s a reward of 20,000cr for taking victory.
Japanese Clubman Cup 550 – Laguna Seca
Laguna Seca hosts our next event, which is a round of the Japanese Clubman Cup 550. For this you’ll need a road or tuned car from any Japanese brand; don’t worry about the “550” of the name, as that’s just a suggested Performance Point (PP) value for a competitive race with the lead AI cars. This three-lap race is worth 40,000cr for the win.
Evolution Meeting – Colorado Springs
This is our fifth week in a row with an off-road race, visiting the fictional Colorado Springs course in the Evolution Meeting (which will require unlocking if you haven’t already done so). As the name suggests, you’ll need a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution for this race, but only real roadgoing cars are allowed — so no Final Edition Gr.3 Road Car — and Dirt tires are required. It’s a four-lapper, and there’s 72,000cr available for taking the top step of the podium.
Special Event – Monza
Our Special Event is the second most lucrative of the five this week, with a five-lap run around Monza awarding 80,000cr as a first-place prize. It’s another one-make series for the three generations of Toyota Supra road car in the game, and you can run in any state of tune you like; 700PP seems a little like overkill, but only just, so your build from the last event should do just fine.
World Touring Car 900 – Nurburgring GP
It’s a ten-lap run around the Nurburgring GP circuit to close out this week, in the World Touring Car 900 series. You can run any car of any kind so long as it’s under the 900PP limit, but watch out for high tire wear and fuel consumption if you want the 135,000cr prize for victory.

We’re back to a full set of credits tickets for this week’s bonuses, each of which you’ll need to redeem from your Garage’s Gifts to claim the face value.
Completing any one of the five events awards you a 100,000cr ticket, checking off any three of them earns a 200,000cr ticket, and completing the set awards a 500,000cr ticket.
You’ll need to have completed GT Cafe Menu Book 39 and watched the ending movie in order to have access to the Weekly Challenges. The events update at midnight local time on Friday mornings, so we’d expect the next set on the morning of Friday October 24.
