Can someone explain something to me. On certain parts of the track, when he’s driving uphill, you cannot see the road. Looks to me like the lights are shining at a fixed angle and when he goes uphill it looks like the lights dont shine relative to the car.
Maybe it’s just that the road is curved that way but i doubt it since the light seems to dissapear under the car instead of going up when he reaches a hill (good example at 2:20)
I saw that too, the road disappears you can’t see anything, the norchelife has track glitches too where the track disappears, and now this, the game isn’t ready
I’ve noticed it too, mate. I actually thought it was quite obvious, so I’m not sure why this is in the final release. Pretty big oversight, to be honest…

well you answered it in the quetsion. It only happens when going uphill. I think the beams don’t even strike the road at that moment, especially if the car slightly shifts weight to the back wheels, and the car tilts back. You can notice that surronding objects (bushes and trees)do get highlited, because they are taller.
Had another look. The beams are hitting the road, but I think you can’t even see it because of the cockpit. When the car accelerates the head goes back, the cockpit lifts up, and you don’t get to see the road.
Yes but it’s not like he’s doing a wheelie with that car. You should still see the road. As i said, when he’s reaching the hill at 2:20 the beams keep shining on the same point, even when the angle is going up, the beam keeps somewhat horizontal, making it “go under” the car.
This could be explained if he was driving downhill, and then suddenly going up. At the bottom of the hill you wouldnt be able to see the road up (since you would still be going down). But this here is just weird.

Wow! I’m still on my first ps3 from 2006. The 80gig that came with motorstorm and that has card slots and has ps2 compatibility. And it hasn’t died yet and i play it a couple days a week but i do have 2 ps3s an old 80 and a newerish 80 that dos’nt play ps2 games. i don’t see how people’s ps3s just die.
My 80GB PS3 died in November, Im also on my second one.
If you got the yellow flashing light just put the board without the battery in the oven at 390f foe 8 mins and apply new thermal paste. Cost you about ten bucks and YouTube has walkthroughs on how to do it
Yaycandy69: Same here, but a 60GB original. Had to be refurbished last year but it still has the backwards compat and card reader.
Still have my day one piano black beast, I upgrade to a 250GB drive a while back but other then that its been awesome, running like a champ for years and I run it hard playing movies and games a lot. I also have another PS3 in the living room, both are hooked up through a network to a PC media server and it is awesome! Neither one has ever died, my nephews PS3 also has never had any issues, where as his 360 has been for repairs after a red ring fiasco.
im on my 3rd, the 1st one stopped reading blueray’s at the age of 3months… that was a warranty replacement. My second got the yellow light 2 years later, still had it under warranty so i sent that in and they gave me a brand spankin new 1 didnt even have to pay post
i’m on my second. had an original 60gb and it died last year. upgraded to a 250gb slim after it died tho :P
my machine died about 3 weeks ago and now on machine number 2 but id had mine since 2007 and always used it, and upgraded HDD from 60GIG to 320GIG and sony got a recon machine to me within 36hrs of my old 1 dying

That’s not the fireworks, it’s the headlights of the Ferrari he passed. You see it happen again when the Ferrari comes back past him. I agree that it’s a well-done effect.

Not at all. there’s gameplay vid’s on this site with the Gallardo. Watch and listen. The Gallardo has a deeper, more guttural,less mechanical sound. The Murcielago has a much more distinctive, harmonious wail of a rev.
And it’s about time that a driving sim came out with Lambo’s that actually sound like real Lambo’s.
All the NFS games, for example, have them sound more like the Hilti power tools I use at work, than an actual Lamborghini.
Say what you will about damage, premium/standard cars, whatever. The day/night stuff is fantastic, and thrashing around a bunch of detailed Fezza’s and Lambos looks like a LOT of fun.

It’s rumored that damage doesn’t fully unlock until Level 20, and nobody may be there yet.

I have the game and I didn’t see a lot of donate just a litle but like the other guy said it’s probably later in the game I am at the level 12 and I just sow some scratch thats it. The way the fireworkds shot upwards was so detailed it almost reminded me of anti aircraft shells. I almost wanted to gather my team, woods and hudson, head over ther to blow the AA up before it caused more damage to…..
