Last year, Eden Games brought its mobile racer, Gear.Club Unlimited, to the Switch at a time when Nintendo’s platform desperately needed some racing representation.

Switch players now have another licensed car game to master. Gear.Club Unlimited 2 has landed on Nintendo’s hybrid system.

It’s hard to believe it’s already been just over one year since Eden Games ported its popular mobile racer, Gear.Club, to the Switch. With its release, Nintendo’s hybrid console received its first semi-realistic racer — if “semi-realistic” can be defined by an absence of hovercrafts and cartoon mischief.

The Switch will get another racing game in a handful of weeks. Eden Games has confirmed Gear.Club Unlimited 2 is exclusively arriving on Nintendo’s hybrid console December 4.

With Gamescom less than a week away, the announcements are coming thick and fast. The latest comes from Microïds and Eden Games, with the news that Gear.Club Unlimited 2 is coming to Nintendo’s Switch before the year is out.
