    Hmm the Viper which has the record lap time at Nürburgring thats interesting. I will be intersting in see a race between that Viper and the Corvette ZR1.

    well on their website they did say they were going to be making screens out of the TGS demo hence why we only see tokyo

    it’s almost like somebody’s holding a gun to PD’s head and forcing them to regularly release screens/vids these days. It’s not at all like them, though I can’t say that I mind.

    We will probably have customizable drivers. But these screen shots don’t support that. Although the Ferrari California Debut and the Toyota FT 86 video do. Both videos show to different people (without helmets) driving.

    The forum has numerous posts that state that there were violet or purple ACR’s produced, 9 to be exact, they were a previous years model apparently and therefore are not in the current official color options. Given that there are only 9 its most likely going to be hard to track a photo down of one. Its probable that PD used a color scheme from the past and added it to the color options. I would still like to see a livery editor however, would be cool as long as it had limits so people don’t over do it.

    Yeah, but still, I guess the helmets are customisable.. Or they just change with the colour of the car. ‘Cause the helmets there have the same colours as the cars.

    The car in your picture is clearly a Dodge Viper Competition Coupe not an Dodge Viper ACR. Compare the front fascias.

    the link that you posted doesn’t prove that the car is available in purple in real life…you showed me a purple ACR in the game, I would like to see a purple ACR in real life. If you check the Dodge Website (http://www.dodge.com/hostc/bmo/colors.do) the ACR is not available in purple, hence the reason I concluded that maybe GT5 will offer the ability to paint your car any color after purchasing it from the dealership.

    they prob want 2 keep the surprise until the end, and dont want to reveal everything now… it would spoile the experience…. ;)

    parts customisation is the main customisation i care about. Livery is OK but not essential. I Hope there are a lot of different body parts for each cars.

    ya but the viper acr is not available in purple…so the purple paint could hint that you can change your car color after obtaining it from the dealership in one of its available colors from the dealership

    The Option to change the car colours is a feature since GT 1. So the purple colour of the Viper is not really a new feature ;)

    I just checked the Dodge website and the Viper ACR is not available in any color that slightly resembles the purple shown above, that paint looks very much like a custom candy paint…is this a hint? :)

    GT5P >> Japan (Dec07′) EU (March08′)
    GT5 >> Japan (March10′) EU (may/june10′ ?!) hopefully not

    i can’t wait for gt5 it’s been 4ever since gt4 came out and really got bored of the tracks in gt5p

    Is it normal for the Viper ACR to be purple in one of those pictures? Or is that custom paint 0_0. Sorry, I don’t know much about American muscles.

    Interesting, these pics don’t seem to be as polished up as the previous ones released. With that said these could in fact be “in-game” shots. Looks more like a replay of a race. The graphics are still amazing, i’ve said it before but i believe Gt5 will make gt5:prologue look old.

    the more i see new screens the more i am reminded of photomode…the angles and focus in many of the photos remind me of it alot…

    The picture of the purple-black-red stripe viper smells of livery editor to me. Those colors don’t even look good together… it looks very ‘custom’!
