    Love the whiny whiners.

I love the McF1! I love Grand Valley in most of its configurations! Cool ty. I am having fun with it. It would be lots of fun

  2. Pit Crew

Oh no not again…..CHEATERS, meaning this TT will prob get reset to fix the glitch he used. This justifies a banning system.

  3. guyc1161

oh one more thing gents the fella’s tt in the calsonic will quite obviously be disqualified, it doesn’t meet the regs, how he managed i dont know,i tried, they wont let me.

  4. guyc1161

i rarely comment on the makings of gt5, i have no wish lis per say,i agree more tracks and cars would be welcome and i am sure PD know this so i dont see the need to debate that point.
Someone wrote about the choice of tires in the tt’s (sorry i didn’t retain the name, they know who they are.) i cant help but wonder who would buy a car like the mclaren f1 then equip it with the real world equivalent of comfort soft tyres and take it out on a track!
instead of posting easy times for gold silver bronze on comfort softs (to add a challenge) why not go the other way around, make the times harder but on racing softs.
anyways gents thats my two cents worth, thank you.

remember its not about how fast you drive but rather how well you drive fast!!

The time trials were easy, I’ve not tried the drift trials. In a sense, I’m getting a bit fed up with this time and drift trial format. You go on, get a million credits for gold. Fine. But you’ll NEVER be first cos some geeks spend ages getting their times to be 15 secs faster than the target, or some drifter gets three times the points for gold. Is anyone finding it a bit boring now? Time for something new?

    1. GTO_VR4

“But you’ll NEVER be first cos some geeks spend ages getting their times to be 15 secs faster than the target, or some drifter gets three times the points for gold”

      Get better and stop sucking.

    2. TheEzekiel

      I agree with you man…bit boring…

to GTO_VR4 : some people go to work and they don’t have time to train 20 hours a day :D

    3. Amac500

Dude I got gold by some large amount in my first attempt, it was at least 6 seconds but it might be more. I crushed the Le Mans one last time by alot like that to.

    4. blksentra2

One of the purposes of the TT’s and DT’s is to compete with your friends. I know that I’ll never be on the top in the international leader board, but on my friends list, we’re always going back and forth for the top spot.
It’s just for bragging rights, but it is a lot of fun.

    5. Brunskill777

Thanks for your support on both fronts TheEzekiel.

To GTO_VR4: You are one of the biggest idiots in the world and clearly have no life, friends or family.

To others: I do try them all and do usually get gold on most, and I can get max 10 secs quicker, it’s just I’m never super quick like the leaders. My other problem is non of my friends play GT5 anymore, only my brother and RB_Firooz (who’s a drift geek i’ll admit and is top of both DT’s) play so I only really do it for the money which I don’t need cos of the credit cap and the fact I’ve got most cars.

I’m just Curious – is there any Race Car Models of aston Martin in GT5 yet ( I haven’t seen any, and can’t buy any ) I just love Racing with stickers and body Work and No: on my Car on Race tracks.. It’s not a Complaining, But I haven’t done the B-spec and endurance Races, so maybe they were prizes in those Races.. ?

    1. WangansGodHand

hahahahahahahaha. Keep wishing. We’re just gonna get more Skylines and rebadged Toyotas.

    2. Amac500

I can’t believe they don’t let us race mod an Aston. When they add new cars like the Aston they added in the DLC I honestly can’t believe they aren’t race modifiable.

  8. gamerdog6482

I guess I really am the only one waiting patiently for B-spec seasonals. It’s a sad world, having a unique point of view.

    1. Amac500

I can relate, I’m in that pole with not saying F1 is garbage and that the Nurburgring isn’t the ultimate test of car and driver. Lol, I have long arguments on both but there are some really entitles people that will chew you out!

    2. smskeeter23

I dont care about any actual “challenge” in bspec I’m just tired of grinding suzuka for extra $ while doing something else. Btw, maxed out zonda can win with almost no interaction there at all for a cool mil ;-)

How about a bspec with difference modifier? I guess I’d be up for that.

  9. Elitekilla29

I think the McLaren F1 is the best car to use for the 650pp time trials. I hear that everyone is using that car.

    1. Amac500

I just used my tuned out McLaren F1 and dialed it back with the power limiter to hit 650pp on the dot. Golded by a large margin in one go and I don’t think I ever touched the suspension.

  10. danger23

“PD” all im going to say is LEXUS LS 460 SPORT PACKAGE should be in ether gt5 or gt6 “badass car”.

    1. Amac500

Don’t have to be, just have to like 1 free helmets, 2 free driving suits, and a cool $1,000,000 cash! I just bought everything for my McLaren F1, used the power limiter to make it 550pp exact and got gold on my first try!

  11. Kobooi

I’ll take a guess that PD restricted the 650pp to sports hard tires again. They should stop letting the office cleaning make the seasonals.

    1. Kobooi

Not so much of a challenge, although it took me 4 laps though to get a valid time (2:08). That’s not the point though. It just doesn’t feel right. I doubt that even in Japan they would slap some POS “sports hard” tires on a race-tuned McLaren MP4 with 816hp (629pp) for track use.

    2. smskeeter23

What do they leave the factory with? That’s the point. Not supposed to be a track prepared car.

    3. Kobooi

And if it shouldn’t be a track prepared car, don’t set the limit so high at 650pp. The TVR speed 12 has 640pp, Mclaren F1 611pp and all others below 600pp. So it seems the purpose is to heavily tune it before taking it on the track. Well, tune everything except the tires. Which makes no sense much like many other things in GT5.

    4. smskeeter23

Either way, its supposed to be challenging right? I would call this just that. The McF1 is definitely challenging to drive fast on these tires.

  12. sind3ntosca

Drifting is fun & easy using Aventador hohohoho… but it’s not British -,.-” …hmm what car then….

  13. HuskyGT

650pp! Wow!! I have no idea what car should I use for that. I’ll try with my stock Vantage V12, but I don’t think I’ll be breaking any records.

    1. Sick Cylinder

I golded the 650pp with a Mclaren MP 12 4C then noticed that all the fast drivers are using the McLaren F1 road car.

Note to Polyphony Digital – the description says 650pp cars not 650pp road cars – I tried to do it in my 650pp jaguar XJR9 – please make the descriptions more accurate.

Also I would prefer that for road cars they used sports medium and for very high pp like this sports soft.
