Video game retailer GAME.co.uk has received shipment of the Gran Turismo 5 Signature Edition, and shares this “unboxing” video to reveal what’s inside. Owning the Signature Edition of the game, of course, grants you access to the GT5 SLS AMG Challenge, where you can compete in-game to win your own real-world SLS AMG. The SE is still in stock and available for pre-order at GAME.

Damn SOB’s from Game.co.uk won’t deliver to Canada, evil people. Is that how you treat your Canadian’s brothers?!!! I would have gotten the Signature Edition if it weren’t their darn weight limit, i got the money but they didn’t do it.
I wonder if the collector’s edition will have the box as well to hold everything like the SE.

Seems like it would feel better to get the box not knowing exactly what to expect inside. Luckily for me I’m getting the LCE and not the SE so this really changes nothing for me. It’s just a thought.

this is what u call an extremely prestigious edition of all games and Only for region 2 PAL aka uk euro middle east and india.
Not really a fan of unboxing videos the main reason being that it’s just a game. What’s the point I’m creaming oneself over the contents of a box!!
Secondly A retail store opening a sealed product that is meant to be sold to the general public. I hope they don’t go on and sell it off as brand new.

Australia / NZ gets the SE verision also…I paid $299 (AUD) when the preorder options came out a few months ago. In hind sight the collector’s edition probably offers the better value for money in my view …

Me too, and I needed a new USB I lost mine’s, lol. Wallet and extra book looks awesome, at least the APEX book is full of info which I’ll be bringing to classes in my backpack (along with a couple Road & Track mags :-D, fully stocked).

Hi I am just wondering there’s someone who posted updates about GT5 saying that the game is awesome then he said that all cars in the sued car dealerships are standards and then the rims cannot be changed.. really? I dont want to believe.. he doesn’t have enough support for his statements.. I just cant believe.. and I dont want to believe that it’s true. he doesnt even have videos. thanks.. btw, Congrats for your Signature Edition! :)
Actually there is a video somewhere on youtube showing a popup in the rim shop saying you cannot put rums on standard cars! Its unfortunate i know but you can still tune em’ up! It’ll make it more rewarding to finally get the premium cars and drool at the detail and exra features. Maybe Gt6 will have all premium cars since its going to be in the future!
Most likely scenario is that you will be unable to taint a supercar like the 458 Italia with other wheels, which is a decision I approve of, but you should be able to change the wheels on a Skyline etc.

That picture on the main page, shouldn’t be of the contents. For those that come to GTP, but don’t want to see any spoilers, which in my opinion includes what’s in the box. So a picture of the SE open is a spoiler to some.

Me too. To be honest the asking price of nearly the price of a new PS3 is too much. The only reason I’d want the signature edition is for the cars. I can really live without an overpriced wallet, book and toy car (which will apear on ebay I am sure!)
