What’s the bet I’m playing this on a jailbreak before any of you?
First video pulled due to ‘a copyright claim by Sony’.
“We can’t release any details about our flagship release.”

@robulus: Yeah, but maybe this’ll get Sony’s marketing dept. off their collective asses and just release it already……..I was thinking sometime in Dec. at first, but is anybody else willing to speculate the U.S. will see a late Nov. release date instead?
Yep. I mean there is speculation for pretty much every date between now and 2012, but there are quite a few folks who claim inside knowledge of a European release date of 27th November.
Christ I hope so. This uncertainty just beggars belief.

I suspect that the player named in the first video above is also the same person (You5825) who released the first video of GT5, the one that Sony had yanked on Monday. Both the above video player and You5825 said they were from the Czech Republic.

It seems SCE told to the majority of the Indian retailers that Gran Turismo 5 will launch very soon. sources hinted us that the title will release sometime between the 30th of November and the 8th of December.
Most of the retailers were told to inform the customers willing to buy Gran Turismo 5, that it is slated for December. Although retailers should not reveal any other information until Sony lifts the embargo.
The release window is pretty solid, they pretty much confirmed it. Sony’s title will officially launch in India and in UK on the same date.

I like the sound of the engine…the graphics awesome but something that we already know and i think that it is premium and if it is not i think that all cars have an inside view.
a Spoon CR-Z you say… could that be a totally new model for the spoon garage, or maybe performance upgrade for the stock CR-Z?
Well seeing as Kaz has already said plenty of times the Standard cars will not have inside views like the premiums then I would hazard a complete guess and say it was a premium car. But its just a guess!!!
The other thing I have noticed on this track is well the lack of crowd!!! Maybe having 16 cars, buckets of water / spray it was a tad too much to ask the proccessor if it could cope with a few random animations of the crowd wondering around. I expect it will be like that in the snow as well.

Verry, veeeery nice. Rain is perfect, but by now it should be. And I swear that 0:56 to 1:02 (CR-Z vid) is real life..
Amazing rain effects although it looks like not much time has been has been spent on the rain seen through the door windows but the rain effects on the windscreen are just about perfect. Please tell us when we’re going to be able to buy it soon, I beg you.

Second video very clearly shows wind… Look how the spray is blown off the track.
Anyone know for sure if it’s the Zonda R or F? As some others were saying, I couldn’t believe he unlocked the Zonda R so fast, so I’d feel a little better if it was the F :-)
Zonda F has analog gauges on dashboard, this is definetely R.
Maybe Zonda is already available in arcade mode.

Love that first video, it makes me feel chilly just watching it. Nice that some people are having fun playing it while all the biggest Gran Turismo fans on the planet are sitting here without even a release date.

I think this “leek” is part of the advertising from PD/Sony. If it was just some lucky guy who accidetally got a copy, I bet you he would have released every single detail allready, alle the tracks for example.
There already is a vid on YouTube showing all the tracks.
That video shows nothing, just few tracks from practice menu.

i think GT5 will come after two weeks … the game is finished so why they delay it for a hole month , it doesn’t make any sense ,they shouldn’t afraid of kinect or blackops or assassin creed brotherhood or need for speed , because all of these games isn’t better then gt5 so all people going to buy it …
Nice, just notice how the speed of the car affects the raindrops on the windscreen, the faster you go, the more they gets drawn up the glass, that`s perfection. That CR-Z sounds very good, it must be a non-hybrid version of it.
Well, hybrids have engines too, some lexus and chevy hybrids have ridiculously large engines as well.
It might be the spoon CR-Z.

No interior view at all – this was confirmed a while back.

It’s not unusual to see footage of a game leaked before it releases, but for a game that hasn’t even got a release date this is getting ridiculous! I know people will say ‘don’t watch these videos if you don’t want spoilers’ but i’m so in need of a GT5 fix I can’t help myself!
This is turning into a sham. Sony should be ashamed.
I imagine that it’s very unsafe to make a jump like in 1:20 with a production car and even more to make a jump like that in the rain. Wouldn’t the tires explode and the suspension get destroyed with the impact? I’m not arguing against the game’s physics, I’m just wondering so that I wont jump on the game like that.
I bet that car can take jump like that.
With each video only validates GT5’s greatness! Speaking for most commoners, would be stupendous to finally get a solid release date…heck, at this point I’d take no announcement and a surprise release on 11/23/2010…ah, dreams!! Peace.

i am really torn about this…how is the title “being pressed as we speak”, some kid already has a copy and is blasting vids (unless its PD leaks), there is a euro launch party…and yet we are in the 2nd week of Nov without a release date?!?!?

For a November release, I expected to hear something yesterday. Nothing. Now, I’m praying for December before I finally lose all hope. As for those with a copy, I find I have to temper my jealousy, and try to focus that energy into some killer lap times when the game does come out (an act of congress, the planets align, etc).
I guess Sony want to be sure they can deliver. You wouldn’t want this to turn into a PR disaster…
