Apparent information about Gran Turismo 5′s third round of DLC has appeared here in GTPlanet’s forums. According to “Space Empire”, GT5′s 2.03 update will be launched on January 18th, and will include a few of the following new changes and features:

New downloadable content packs will, reportedly, also become available. The “Speed Test Pack” will include the new “Special Stage Route X Oval” revealed in the recent Honda NSX Concept video, and Car Pack 3 will include the following new vehicles:

As always, until this information is officially announced and verified, things could change, so you’d be wise to temper your expectations. Regardless, this appears to be legitimate information, so stay tuned for further details as they develop.
Edit: This information has now been confirmed by the Asia/Hong Kong official PlayStation site, with the car pack (Car Pack 3) priced at approximately $5 (47HK$) and the “Speed Test Pack” containing Route X priced at approximately $4 (31HK$).
Special thanks goes to Space Empire for discovering and sharing this material, and thanks to Carlos Fandango and diegorborges for making me aware of it on such short notice!

Actually the fastest sedan in the world is the F10 BMW M5, with an amazing 7:55 at the ‘Ring. Greetings!
Haven’t been this excited since GT5′s actualy release! Good job PD! :-)
i honestly see every DLC as a bonus, each time more content comes into the game I am more then greatful, has anyone noticed how the DLC seems to be getting better (in a way) each time? i honestly see the next DLC being even better!
in my opinion, the aston martin, aventador, and the Test Track, are absolutely amazing, and I literally cannot wait to get my hands on them. i recently got a DFGT so things are even more exciting for me.
Wish the VW Bug was at least a ’68 with a 1600cc dual port. small potatoes tho.
Hi, first ever comment here.
Ive been a GT fan ever since i first got GT2 back back in 2000, still occasionly play it today.
I indeed liking this update, a test course is nessecery in GT, and the Aventador, v12 Vantage and VW Beetle are great!
The fact that the XJR9 is now premium made me want to list the cars i think are a necessity to become premium;
Bugatti Veyron, an obvious choice
Audi R8 LMS (both versions)
Lamborghini countach lp400 and 25th
Lamborghini diablo NOMAD GT, surprised it returned after GT3
Mazda Furai concept
Wonder what 2.04 will have?
This is very cool downloadable content if you ask me… I mean, a new track is already awesome and then 3-4 cool cars is just BONUS!
Oh, also, stupid Forza illiterates who don’t know a thing about that game but keep bashing it, get a f****ng clue!!! If you guys think FM4 sucks you don’t know a thing about driving and thats a FACT! Sign in for a trackday and get educated by an instructor.
Jordan – this news article seems to crash on an (my!) iPad a few seconds after the page starts up. Happens on both the GTPlanet app, and when accessed through the Safari browser. Not sure why – it was doing this even before the number of comments got to a high count here. All other articles work fine.
Speed Test? For real? Finally!!!
This one I must have…(buy)!!!
This “Route X” reminds me an awful lot of TrackMania Sunrise
Do we know if theres going to be a way to drag race with this? Or compare drag times online etc?
Any mention of a bonus for those who bought the last 2 DLC?
There was a bonus in the last DLC.
Now we’re talking! Speed test!
What i really want to see in a DLC pack is the option to choose our wheel size, offset, and width. PLEASE PD MAKE THIS HAPPEN!
Looks like I shall be buying some downloadable content!!!! Aventador + V12 Vantage = WIN in my mind :P
ASSSTOON MARTIIIN!!
YESH!!!!!!!
stage looked a bit long…
Just jizzed in my pants over this article. Can’t wait til they release it!
This will be the first dlc I will buy, and it is amazing!!!!! THank you, PD!!!!!!!
Great news! Thank’s PD!
This is fantastic DLC! It is beyond comprehension how some people are being so negative. I cannot wait to get my mitts on these new cars and to cane my fastest cars around RouteX.
My previous 2 comments would not display so hopefully this one has…
Hey 70hemi, the CTS-V is NOT the fastest sedan in the world. That title belongs to the Porsche Panamera Turbo!!! 7:56 at the ‘Ring, compared to the CTS-V’s 7:59. BTW, 0-60 in under 3 seconds. Ben Folds sums my point up by saying “why you gotta act like you know when you don’t know….”
