Hi been lurking for a while.
My most used track is silverstone, has anyone ever done a good AI for silverstone?
I see a lot for new F1 tracks but can't find any for silverstone aside from a very old one on RD.

Personally i think it needs an AI expert to do a through AI makeover.

The AI tend to break at points where its not necessary.

So sorry to say... Undriveable. For racing with similar period cars. For admiring and chill driving, it is ok.
Unfortunately, I use SIM racing games for racing.

Not one of Lambo's most atheistic creations either. Their tractors look more appealing.
Not obviously the modders fault, just a horrible looking car.
It's in the top ten all time car horrors for me.

Did you install through CM? If so, do the drag and drop instead, otherwise old files might not be overwritten.
I had the same issue after installing through CM, the drag and drop fixed it.

Why dont you want to use the GrassFX of the track? The ext_config.ini has GrassFX included (from Breathe' track list).

Seems to be related to a graphic offset correction somehow? Well, that's what it fixed, anyway.

Please note i will continue to use the Tyrone version of the circuit in the championship as I feel it works better for night racing

I will use the CHiQuiFReaKy 0.6 version for the all in one Race weekend release after Sundays race finish as well as amending the grid to reflect race drivers

I think you have to change the textures in CM one by one.
It is possible in the showroom, double click on the specific part of the wheel you want to change and choose the correct texture.

those are both still on the Legion webpage... but it seems the regular 512 s is no longer there... they were reorganizing their cars, maybe was forgotten.

I have it in my content folder, but it does not start up , acs hangs when I try to fire up this car.

I found this little hidden gem of a mod,
Mini Cooper Clubman by Wack updated by Assettoland for AC v1.14.3 .7z on Mega.nz(here)

Only thing keeping me from giving it 5 star and a Favorite badge, is gear and speed are not shown (digitally).
There 's a place esp for it on the instrument panel, so I guess it's "just" a matter of creating a digitalinstruments.ini file , but I don't know how to do that...)
Can someone please create a digitalinstruments.ini file for this one and share ?

Something quick I threw together today to fix some things on Nurburgring that always bugged me but never knew how to fix until now. Thought i'd share it.

Nurburgring

The picture kind of sums up everything it does so you can see if you want to try it. There is an ext_config file that adjusts some things from the stock track config. The grass around the track will not be as orange as before in the fall. I removed references to the 'adv' material in the fall adjustments that was causing some of the colors on the billboards to change color. Lastly, I removed references to the grass materials from the soaking section of the RainFX. I'm not a fan of having the underlying grass texture as a soaking material. It makes the grassfx really stand out because they don't soak. You can put it back the way it was by removing the ';' symbol in front of the grass references.

There are also two skins included you can try as well. One changes the groove line color from the purple tinted stock version to black\grey. The other one gets rid of the Assetto Corsa banners and flags. They are not accurate because I couldn't find any photos of the real track anywhere that showed what they should be. I'm just happy not to see the AC logos everywhere. As always back up any current ext_config you might have already before extracting. None of these have to be used together so you can pick and choose what you want to extract.

Those are the funniest first two posts in this forum history.
Try the numeric pad keys. If it doesn't work, go to the car's animations folder, remove the doors and hood files temporarily, and give it a try.
