About noises and voices... this was an interesting attempt. That guy has a Patreon pay site with a lot of SimHub stuff for classic F1 but has been inactive for a while. But just imagine a proper commentary on the races. It's not impossible to do as hockey/basketball/football games all have commentaries. No one ever did it on a racing game (I think).

Didn't Ian Bell promise this for his new racing sim, whatever it was called? Can't really remember as (rather ironically) there's been radio silence since the original announcement. I'm sure real-time properly reactive and contextually accurate AI-generated commentary was promised, along with a cure for the common cold and how to turn water into wine.

Should we delete the old car folders first or can we just overwrite the existing mods? Built up quite a lot of skins over the years and would hate to have to backup every skin folder first. If I have to I will, but figured I would ask first.

I'd suggest a fresh install, then copy skin folders over

Searching for the 1966/1967 Ferrari Dino 206s . I have searched everywhere for this rare mod. I know it exists. Does anyone have this mod they could share? I'm trying to replicate the 1966 12 hrs. at Sebring. This is the YouTube link with someone driving it in AC. .

Does anyone have any skins for the Legion Formula Jedi car?

I was looking online and I'm not even sure if this car is even being distributed anymore, I've had it since Nov '22 and never messed with it til now. It is pretty fun though!

Well my Content Manager had a sudden update available for the Jedi F1000 so I went ahead and downloaded it. Voila, suddenly I have a full grid worth of skins. Again, no idea if this car is even available from legion, I've scoured Google for it and have found nothing. I can't even find what the link was in CM for the update

I wanted to share it with you guys, regardless. Happy racing

how to get rid of those flickering or dithering not straight fence lines,if it gets closer to the car then the shadow becomes straight and dont move anymore
also with trees shadows,if you drive slowly the you get wobble lines and then when it get close to the car they become straight and dont are wobbly anymore they stay still

Its a failing of the game unfortunately...best you can do is up your shadow resolution and play with the settings in csp Smart shadows.Especially Shadow distance and Splits lamda.I set mine at about 2/3 up from the left side of the slider.

Shot in the dark, but does anyone have a fix or know any remedy for driving this car?

It's the URD Nissan LM - a ****** car IRL to be sure, and part of the much-maligned, still very-unfinished URD PX pack that robbed me of a fiver.

The cars in the pack have varying degrees of issues - a few even have some Peugeot905 fixes that make them passable-to-good - but this one is just totally undrivable. Nothing I could do in the setup could change the awful oversteer/understeer combo. It would essentially swing the rears around even braking in a straight line and refuse to turn on exit - and if there was camber or slope in the corner, forget it.

Ran it at a test at Motorland Aragon (and wow, does that track desperately need a tune-up or better version, not a great combo to end the night), and switched to a VRC proto (Ginetta G60) to make sure I wasn't having a stroke. Zero issues. I figure there's maybe a fix floating around that I'm not aware of.

I don't have a huge investment in driving this car, but I'd prefer it to be at least drivable if at all possible.

I am aware of the car's history and characteristics, I followed it when it was released. I drive FWD cars fairly frequently and none of them drive this poorly or are this unstable.

Don't have a fix, but I can attest to the URD car being borderline undriveable. It might be because of changes in newer CSP, because I'm pretty sure I have driven it back in days without issue, but I never spent much time researching this. The car has some "innovative" features, which might have broken over time.

I share your interest for innovative/weird/failed/successful historic cars, and if I remember correctly, I ended up using Chemflummi's version, although not perfect, it's at least driveable.

Drive it on the 1991 Le Mans and relive the glorious 90's. There is a 1998 Le Mans as well, but its 3d trees are unpassable for me. I have an unofficial version if it, remade into a layout for the 1991 track, and without the 3d trees.

A shame. I literally threw my hands up and said "no idea what happened" multiple times in the 10 minutes I attempted to drive it. Did absolutely everything to try and stabilize the rear setup-wise and it made no difference. I'd wager something is indeed broken as you suggest.

I've banged this drum before, but I and many others paid for this pack, as I have quite a bit of love for the mid-2010s LMP class.

Considering URD is still very much active and the pack is still very much for sale on their Sellfy site, you'd think they'd have incentive to polish these cars up to a reasonable standard.

You'd think.

I will give Chem's version a try in the next week or two when I have the time. Cheers for the shout.

Never thought of it like that, but absolutely a valid point. I also paid for it at some point in time. As this was some time ago, I didn't really expect any updates, but when they're still selling it, an update would be appropriate.
