If anyone happens to want to simulate the "24 Hours of Spa" like I did in the "Champions Career Mode: Jacky Ickx"—given that most of the "original" cars were modified and others adapted—and if anyone wants the pack, please send me a private message.

I certainly enjoyed the race I ran (1 hour).

Unfortunately, I couldn't include all the available cars on my grid, as it would have been too heavy a load for my PC settings.

There would have been 46 cars in total.Here is a screenshot showing the variety of liveries; most are close to the real ones from that era.

Hi.
First suspect to be reworked was IKU Supra, but they encrypted it.
To be honest Yuki model was very good to begin with, and it is superior to IKU one.
correction it was not IKU it was Koldo83 & Verdes Garage one, so idk about IKU, but why don't You want Yuki's Supra model is pretty much perfect.
one more correction IKU is same as Koldo83 & Verdes Garage car

@andrevr Thank You. There will be more from this series in future, stay tuned. ☺️
Personally I prefer the Koldo version because the Yuki one (the version I have, anyway) has the shifter floating in space, way out of position. Koldo's looks subjectively better to me in a few other areas too.

Speaking of which, the 1997 car should have 6-speed sequential shifting (the shifter modelled in the car is the Hewland), not manual shifting as per the 1996 car and your data (and Yuki's original data too).

Are you planning on also releasing your data for the Koldo car?

Hello everyone,

Today I decided to make my temporary break from ac modding into a permanent one. With the recent actions of Bruno Dusautoy (aka ACTK/Easy) pushing me beyond what I find to be acceptable for creators to bother making anything.

Since 2019 I have painted a few thousand liveries with joy, joy that kept diminishing with each year, only accelerating in recent times through all the ******** that keeps going on in the community. Creators do not get respected. Russian decryptors do not care. American lawyers with the physical build of a wine barrel will continue to rip the impotent off with DRM and shady contracts. I no longer feel compelled or enthused enough to remain a part of this community.

I'll help finalize wsc69 for a bit, help sergio complete his 60's UK tracks and after that I'm out for good.

Thank you all for the good races, adios!

thanks for another great rework.
is the base model version 1.1 ? cant find the f302 mod in his patreon and the one i have has 3 skins ,the rework has a 4th one (1999_JGTC_12light)
Hi. It is correct version. AW added another skin, but probably forgot to put all files this will be corrected.
@mascot the data simulates hewland sequential gearbox, not manual. Maybe i confused something in your message.

I saw here much anger for that ACTK type guy, makes some modders quit of modding.
I personally download cars and tracks from it's OG source. But yelling for "stealing mods" or keeps their mods private on their own HDD have no point for me.
Some months ago someone shows his Toyota POD. Still no release because of ACTK guy (fear of "theft", probably)
Meanwhile Jugee8 still creates fantastic cars, non encrypted, for free. What a duality of people

Ah, I could be wrong (and probably am) but after adding your files to the Yuki car I seem to remember it still using gated shifting, not sequential. Is anyone able to check? If not, I can do so tomorrow.
Apologies in advance if I am indeed mistaken.

Hope it comes with an engine so I can compare it with the pics I took in person in their museum in Arese years ago.
Unfortunately it doesn't, but at least it's one of those rare case where an almost unicorn car is quite well documented (Arese is one of the few museums I still need to visit).

Kinda weird when you realize that its engine is just right beside the car Playground (or an outsourced team like SPEED) allegedly scanned in person for its inclusion in Horizon 6 in that museum in Arese I visited multiple-ass years!

Alternative idea instead of giving that guy the pleasure he gets from stealing **** and making creators stop : why not copy the ASR model ? 5 bucks / car, link your steam account and voilà ? Since he's been doing this I have not see the newly released Jordan in the wild. Gotta be more aggressive like ASR is. Time to put that French hobbit back in his place.

You're right, I didn't include any changelog. Except for some fixes, this update is nothing major for the config I already published. :D

1) Carpaint shader fix for every car (no more metallic carpaint everywhere);
2) Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale - exterior materials tweak and new RIM AO (wheels are magnesium, so a new AO map was needed in order to add metalness to the mesh without a mirror finish);
3) Alfa Romeo 4C - general shader tweak and odd rim shaders fixed;
4) Ferrari 458, 458 S3 and 812 Superfast - chromy leather fixed and general shaders tweak;
5) Ferrari 250 GTO - shaders tweak

There are some new entries: Alfa Romeo Giulietta/Giulietta Launch Edition, Audi A1 S1, Chevrolet C7 Stingray, Ferrari 288 GTO, Ford Mustang 2015 and Mazda Miata NA.

Unfortunately three cars are missing from this pack, I didn't finish them in time: Abarth 500 EsseEsse, Ferrari 312/62 and BMW M3 E92.
and what did u change for the new entries?

and what did u change for the new entries?
For "new entries" I mean new config files, like "a new addition to the collection". Basically I try to create an ext_config that can live togheter with other configs (if present, es. downloadable CM configs). Sometimes I need to use "IGNORE_OTHER_CONFIGS=1" in order to avoid any confilct. Every new config can include one or more additional .kn5 if needed (es. reworked rims, meshes with new materials etc..) :D

For 12 years I've checked this forum almost daily. It used to be a great place to get all kinds of mods and help. Things have changed. It has become a toxic site with arguments, encrypted mods, and ripped mods. I'm leaving the drama behind and spending my time driving AMS2 and ACE. Still driving AC, just not following this forum as much as I used to.

Sucks to see. Sadly, what sucks even more are the people trying to guilt-trip you into not quitting. "Do this!" "Do that!" Yet those same people will go straight to that guy's site, download all those stolen models that you guys paid for or even made from scratch and then go about their day.

It's always the same type of people, too. The ones who want everything for free and constantly misrepresent what encryption actually does.

I hope this isn't the complete end of your 3D and skinning journey. You've brought so much to this community, and it's a shame that people would rather reward and praise losers who can't even do a fraction of what you guys have been producing.

'Tis a shame. Maybe the AC community finally deserves a creator exodus like the rFactor and GTR2 communities had. This community truly doesn't deserve anything. :lol:

The ONLY bright side I can give to ACTK (please lower your pitchforks) is the preservation of old mods. As far as I know, it's one of the few places where most of The Rollovers' TCR mods are kept.

The yoinking and decrypting w/o consent parts are still an ick move.

Ever since I am so much hoping for this legend and so fast Le Mans car in AC1. Will the miracle ever happen!? I would gladly donate for that one. No doubt about it.

"Allez Les Bleus!" "Vive la France!"

"The car is notable for breaking the top speed record at the legendary Le Mans Circuit de la Sarthe, as it attained a maximum speed of 405 km/h (252 mph), which is still the fastest speed ever recorded at the Circuit."

WOW, what a car.Why hasn't anyone made this yet?

I'm glad I got into AC at the right time to see your work while you were still enjoying it.
I was certainly enjoying it too :)
Many, many thanks for all the fantastic skins, and cars, and chats, dude.
Sincerely hope you find your happy again. :cheers:
