I assume you meant M40, the other bolt-action sniper rifle.
That's funny you ask, I was just having a convo with someone who uses an M40 ACOG'd almost exclusively. I was using the R700 ACOG'd and he was saying that the M40 has better accuracy, which I disagreed. It has better accuracy on the weapon stats page, but in personal experience, the gun shoots exactly where I want it to (the head) So I prefer the R700, as the slower rate of fire and smaller magazine are counteracted by me actually hitting the target.

I've seen "KKK" tag, just multiply in between matches. First, just one guy with the tag, and everybody was making fun of it. Then one guy copys the tag, then another guy.
How about the ones that parks his/her behind right in front of you, when you are in sniping position?
Or the ones that blocks the door way. I've actually had enemies try to run from me, when they had me outnumbered, 2-1(I shot them both!). Go figure!?
Playing with less than three bars sucks. I've had games where I had to shoot couple of feet(in-game scale) ahead in the direction my targets were moving. Couple of my best games were like that though. My off-aim helped a little, probably.I don't think I've played one game where I've had a full bar of connection. I lag so much and I truly think it contributes to alot of my deaths. I wish I could play a game where it was equal.
I won't be on at all today, since I'm going out. Probably tomorrow though. My college friend may not be on at all for the next few days so I should play with you whenever you're available. But if he is on on his own I'll invite you to a team tactical game with him and me if that's OK? He's a very good player and is a nice guy.
The only person I've encountered that I truly believe was using one was a guy named PanzerAce, at first I thought his G3 w/RDS was an MP5 w/RDS (they look similar.) I can't imagine the effectiveness of a fully-automatic fiddy cal though, since you would be shooting the sky due to the recoil. 
Yeah, I've heard people accusing a friend of mine who mainly uses a G3 of using a modded controller. He can shoot very fast, but it's not a consistent stream, so I have to remind the other team that they're dumbasses.

Im just good with the SAW for some reason, just fire in bursts and it doesn't recoil all over the place.
That shot was very lucky. 99% of the time I only get body shots on people running across like that.
This pissed me off more than usual so I made a noob setup (P90, Juggernaut, Martyrdom) for the next match, which was at Crash. I wasn't doing very well with this setup (I never use Juggernaut..) so I pressed start to switch to a more normal setup. What I saw made me say this:
