Yeah, I was really pissed not being able to talk to you, but my headset (yes, I do have one) was charging and although I tried to turn it on, it still had vey little battery and was not working. Were you talking? I could see your icon blink but couldn't hear you.


Great games yesterday, guys. We won just about every match we entered as a team, it was pretty cool.
But I was getting really annoyed that I couldn't 'perform', things just weren't going my way... even on the maps I like the most, my number of kills was really low.
The Ambush match was really cool, too bad magburner was thrown on the opposite team. He killed me a bunch of times too.


icelt - I believe you got me at least once that I can recall, probably more. Nowadays I usually don't pay much attention to the KillCamm unless it's to find out where the other guy is hiding. And what you mentioned on an earlier post, it had nothing to do with you, I was commenting on earlier matches I had played, none of the GTP members was even online at the time. I like playing with you, as with every othr member I've played with so far, makes things a lot more fun. And on the grenade issue, I've lost count of the number of times I've missed a flash and it bounced off some wall to land at my feet, getting me killed... It just pissed me off to see guys with very high rankings getting 1 or 2 kills the most and acting like total noobs (of course it only pissed me off because they were on my team.
For example, on the Bog map, out of the 5 players that formed my team, 3 of them never, I mean NEVER left the exact same spots behind the big walls, no matter where the fight was taking place, they just stood there waiting... which meant that on every other part of the map, it was 2 against 6.

I've not fully understood that yet, but it's a lot less if you lose that match.
Sometimes it matches the number of kills + UAV's + AIrstrikes + Choppers, but other times it doesn't.

And Beerz, it is somewhat hard to understand you, partly because of your English and partly because you are really quiet. But, still, your English isn't as bad as you say.

Ugh, I dont know why, but when I try to play it says, "unable to connect to matchmaking server". That, or it says, "You must be signed in to the psn to play online", but I am signed in. Every once in a while, it will let me go through, and I'll play a few matches, but then, right before a match, when it says, "Setting up game...", It will just freeze there. It's frustrating me.

Don't worry, you and everyone else will get fed up with killing me. I just did a quick match today at lunchtime (level 1 of 2nd prestige), and got a whooping 6 kills and 19 (!!!) deaths.
It was so pathetic it was almost laughable...


D_P - Yeah, sorry about that. I think my problem it that I'm trying too hard. But you're right, I'm a quiet guy. (psst... we, the quiet ones, are the meanest psycos out there...)
And I've had that problem about the connection happening to me once, but I turned off the console, restarted it, logged into the PSN again, and never happened again.

Yeah, I really enjoyed those matches! Who is Ren-Tec? I noticed him but don't know him.
And t first I thought like that about the red camo, but as each match went by, I started to like it a lot and I prefer it over the blue one now. Too bad it's gone again...
But the red is better for 2 reasons: It looks better and it kills more people.

HQ matches are great fun (actually one of my favourite match types), just wait until you get one on the Shipment map, total and utter chaos, kills and deaths will mount up like nothing else.

Yeah, I really enjoyed those matches yesterday. I just need one more match to get the Grip on the RPD, it's frustrating having to deal with all that recoil.
The times when magburner was on an opposite team, I kept meeting with him, don't know who killed who more times, but it was pretty cool.
After the 'error', I could see you guys were still on the same party lobby, but when I searched for another match for us to play, it started and none of you guys were in there. After that I waited a while for an invite but as none came, I went to bed.

magburner - what weapon were you using? You're pretty deadly with that.


Speaking of weapons, yesterday I got killed by a guy carrying a weapon I've never seen before (!!!). It shot like a cannon, big boom, and had the stock sight, with 2 big fluorescent green dots on each side of the aim device. Anyone know which weapon is that? I was really curious.

On another issue, I've seen on cod4's official site that the patch they're about to release will also improve on some weapon-related things.
For instance, sniper rifle accuracy will be improved, so no more shooting dead-on and nothing happening. Might mean I'll start to snipe once in a while.
Also, the ACOG sight accuracy will be improved on the patch, meaning I'll also start to use it a lot more than I use now. Right now, I'm using it... never.

Also, it is said on some of the boards that (unconfirmed) new weapons will be made available for players to use. It is not sure if will be done through the patch or as an add-on (free or not).

Thats one of the two shotguns. I've been killed by that same weapon a good bit of times and I've always been like wtf was that .. Oh it was a shotgun .

I played a couple HQs on Shipment last night. I must say I'm starting to like it more and more. My last match pissed me off though. I was somewhere like 40 and 19, just got my third helicopter called in and then I got the dreaded connection interrupted. I really think I could have gone over 100 kills that match .
