When I come online, could someone invite me in? I won't be able to put a clan tag in as I'm not that higher rank yet, I'm close though.

I'm not so sure about the 'Team Leader' thing, is it really necessary? Perhaps to host the matches and/or set things up here on the thread... Is that it?

Clan Tag could be simply GTPA (America) and GTPE (Europe) or GTP1 and GTP2 and then we would still have the original clan tag there with a simple seperation .. but I'm happy to change to what the majority use in the end 👍

Sorry I got a few invites and everytime I accepted at the end of a game I was already playing it wouldn't let me in .. I will sit in the lobby waiting for another invite to be sure to get in 👍

Edit:, just noticed that Giancarlo (Minus955) is in the US, so it's obviously not a problem there, stupid ISP...

I had to leave the shipment match straight away as I had only 1 set up with the RPD/UAV etc.. and I found out in the early games that my UAV jammer was totally obsolete in the games with no maps :p

I have created a couple of new equipment slots to try and accommodate for Hardcore matches .. the RPD was so heavy when I tried chasing after some of you guys and in all fairness it was like a fat dude chasing a grey hound :(

Gonna try these set ups in a quick private test ground and try to rejoin the matches asap :cheers:

Yeah; have you tried re-doing your PS3's connection settings to see if that might help?
 
Some really good shooting guys...I'm sorry about the earlier noises when I first joined, I promise they weren't me, it was my brother and Dad trying to put me off.

Anyway, I hope some of you enjoyed meeting my last stand...

I was searching for some stuff on the web, and stumbled across this bit, about the GOE (Special Operations Group), Portuguese branch of the standard police:

"In March 29 1982, the first COE – Curso de Operações Especiais (Special Operations Course) began (not to be mistaken with CTOE's COE). The course ended on November 18 of the same year; the unit was considered to be totally operational and with an intervention capability since the end of 1982, although it was formally created in 1979. As a result of that approach between the British SAS and the Portuguese GOE, the pictures of the first agents are hard to distinguish between British and Portuguese since their uniforms, equipment and weaponry are identical. Later, GOE, still maintaining a strong relationship with the SAS, also began training with the US Delta Force, Germany’s GSG 9, Spain's Guardia Civil Anti-Terrorist units and Israeli Anti-Terrorist units."

I know it's not CoD4 related, but I was really unaware of this and found it very interesting. Hence, I decided to bore all of you with it. :D

But the games I was in were some of my worst ever. I guess it's because I can't rely on my P90 or (gripped) RPD. :indiff: But my kill/death ratios were at best 1:5. :mad:

At times, I am tempted to get the PS3 version, even if I already have the Xbox 360 version.

What was your score? I just had a 24-4 on strike just now, we won easily 250-0. Shame the game was over quick I wanted to score higher. :D

I just played Crossfire with Stevisiov... Despite drawing dead-on beads on people THREE times (twice), and them not moving, I still got three misses and got shot by them in a sniper/sniper battle.

To say I'm annoyed would be an understatement.

Yeah... that's why I'm not using the sniper until this Contents Patch is released. It tends to do that frequently.

Nice ceiling (sorry about that)! Maybe if you could somehow squeeze "North" in there ahead of America and we may just be onto something.

And just thinking out loud here, what about playing on the orginial's "putting the f back in freedom" motto with something like "putting the f back in frag."

Also for the Euro types who may not know, the movie itself is actually quite brilliant at moments and is probably worth a rent.
