There is a group of people I've been coming in contact with on Grid 2 quite a bit. They all mostly have the White Impact Rating and they're fast(well to me they are). I had Nick and Silver racing with me too.

..and one of them was telling me how awesome the Z06 Centennial is. Man, he wasn't lying. My first race with them in that Z06 and they was just talking about how I was blowing past them like they was sitting still. Outran GT-Rs and Touring Cars in a time attack with it. 👍

Got the game yesterday, had a start at career and a few races online. For me the physics and ffb was much better on career, and damn the career leaderboards are stacked. So for me career is a great challenge 👍 wasn't that impressed with online but it very early days.

i have a DFGT but haven't plugged it in with Grid 2 yet, i can't imagine it's as satisfying as GT given the extremely arcade-like handling and corner drifting.

ps. the collisions in online mode are so retarded, sideswipe a wall and your car instantly does a 360 spin, or tap your front bumper on the inside of someone else and your car instantly jumps off track, pretty ridiculous.

It looks horrible I must say in term of the driving aspect but always hard to judge arcade. AI that can´t take a corner please tell me that is novice difficulty or something. As for physics I wasn´t expecting anything else will see if there is any fun to be had. I am surely not buying blind so will hope they release some demo.

Wow, I just looked at the prices for the DLC and it is absurd. I really want this game but there's no way I'm not waiting for a complete version. I don't have the money to buy what will probably eventually be over an extra $60 or so. I hate all this day 1/preorder DLC crap.

This happened to me a couple races ago. He flew round the outside and I started losing the rear so had to straighten a tiny bit, rubbed wheels, not even a hard bump just a little rub and I 180'ed into the wall.

I've done 5 races. First race I started in pole, never raced online before, thanks codies. Kept first after a few corners, then 2nd took me out, then 3rd took me out, then 4th. I ended 9th with me getting took out by everyone. 2nd race was only 3 people, I finished last, first time driving the NSX, crazy tail happy. 3rd race at Brands Hatch was a good race. 12 people, all of us green except me. Clean racing expect one move I saw as someone came back onto the track.

can't modify the R35 GT-R, lame.

Thank god. The GT-R owns Tier 3. People were crashing it in the corners & still raped me when I was drifting the NSX hard. It just tore up the straights.

We need to race later, Tier 2. I want to try out the Camaro Z28 he upgraded into T2.

I find it does not turn when driving grip style and when you throw it into a corner to drift the nose comes round too much... I'll get some practice in!

How is the DFGT on the PS3?

I like it. The feeling is good, but you need to get used to it. It's comparable to Dirt3 if you've played it.
Biggest downside is the 200° lock to lock it seems to use, but once you're used to it, it's fun.

The only thing I had to change from the default settings was putting the Linearity to 0.

i mean visually, but yeah it's like a tank and fast as hell, even when i use the modified BAC Mono there's always a GT-R running up front with me.

I've seen the GT-Rs get beat twice in Time Attacks by Z06s. Lol.

The GT-R is actually quite a hard car to drive. Only way to get it round a corner is to drift it and when you don't you just understeer into the wall.

I mean, I think most have realistic expectations on console graphics at this point, but I at least expected it to look somewhat similar to DiRT 3. It's not even close to D3, imo

Must be nice. Many of us on PC are having lag /fps problems. :For me the game is unplayable until a patch is released or codemasters gets me a solution. No problems with F1 2012. That's what I get for buying from Steam. Never again.
