Man, I can't believe I hadn't taken any notice of this game yet!

Zombies, guns, explosions, sticking shower heads into zombies as a weapon and watching blood pour out of the heads, chainsawing huge groups of zombies, throwing enormous ming vases at zombies, hitting them with tvs, giant cactai, umbrellas. This game has huge potential. It looks really good and it is hugely original which is a major plus these days.

I have been watching this game too and it does look fun. I think I will just rent it first since 360 games are $59.00 each. Hard to believe its possibly coming out next month. Time is flying!

It's too bad the game isn't going Live!. I think they could have come up with some really cool modes like Survival, Zombie, and whatnot.

I watched one of the newer trailers on IGN today, and I was quite impressed. I know that both I and the press was generally skeptical of this game when it was first announced, but I'm tempted to pre-order it from EB Games now. I could get a free T-Shirt if I do, but I'm still undecided.

...Either way, it looks like fun, and it deserves a rental at the least...

I just cant wait to see what they come up with for the achievements in this game.
Here are a couple of my guesses....
-Decapatate 1,000 zombies
-Blow off 5,000 limbs
-Stab a spout into 500 zombie heads
-kill 10,000 zombies with bowling ball
-cut 5,000 zombies in half with hedge trimmers
-cut 10,000 in half with chainsaw

There is one for fighting off "x" number with your bare hands, but I think it's more of a skill than an achievement.

No, I just remember hearing about from a preview at Gamespot.

But yeah, it is a skill unlike I thought. Its like a Karate Skill.

There has been rumours flying around, that someone who works at EB games said there will be a demo out on the 1st Aug 06?

It still looks like a great game. I'm guessing that it will only sell extremely well here in America, but that of course is just a guess. We loves us some Zombies!

...Now what would be sweet is if they could package the game with some of the best Zombie flicks of the past couple decades, making it a good collectors item. Say "Evil Dead" and "...of the Dead" movies included, and they could have something pretty cool.

Revheadnz I'm just guessing that it may come out on 1st Aug. But I think it would be a good move for Capcom to add the demo at the same time as the Saints Row demo guys.

Edit:

According to a Capcom Euro Spokesperson, the demo could be out within 48 hours.

If you watch the 2nd video at around 1:44 seconds he gets a "Freefall achievement". Now we know what one of the achievements will be.

That's the date for the US version, but the UK version does not come out till September the 8th Camaro.
