My worry is more the way they abandoned Generations so abruptly on losing the licence. They left it completely without fixing glaring things like the throttle bug, and put up some pretty arsey communications with users on social media as they did it, leaving the distinct feeling that they were happy to wash their hands of the game, the licence and especially the userbase. Now they're back. Yey.
They're better than Codemasters I think at making the stages feel organic and alive. The gravel and snow physics are good, probably on a par with EA WRC. Their graphics engine is smoother too. But the thought of going back to their tarmac physics, the car feeling like it's made of lead as it clatters off a jagged rock in Monte Carlo, makes me a bit sick in my mouth tbh.
