Less cars for me to worry about overtaking at Le Mans with everyone on a 2 stop

. I like the choice between fuel-save 1 stop and flat-out 2, without my silly little mistakes and Fuvaros disconnecting there'd have been a 6 way battle for the win on the last lap! I feel the Megane race was always going to be a bit of a turd whether we were all pushing or not tbh. Car with infinite downforce and grip along with very short braking zones not much of a recipe for a great top split race. A Gr4 one make in something like the Cayman/4C/458 would've been better as at least those cars can get the tail out and induce a few more mistakes, and more overtaking as a result.
My issue now is them slowing down the refuelling rate in the pitstops from 10l/s to 8 (7 next season). Makes fuel saving even more important than a few months ago and even then it was borderline too much. Unless you are clearly faster than the car ahead the balance has now swung so it's probably better to stick behind sadly.
It certainly looked that way, Qualifying looked ridiculous even though you could get just as many laps sitting in the pits for 2 minutes

. Shame about the pen because probably a guaranteed top 5 if you kept out of trouble.
I wonder if Snow/Nico dominating the Test Seasons meant people didn't look into practicing/strategy too much in America because they felt he was going to win anyway so what's the point. Was always frustrating watching knowing that the times he was doing weren't that dissimilar to our races, and he was doing strategies that would've seen him lose tons of places. Because EMEA and Asia were so hyper-competitive you needed to look into strategy and pace so much if you wanted to do well. Thankfully it looks like competition has come back for you guys (later Test Seasons looked kinda deserted over there, hence why some Brits joined on US accounts

), so the level will go up and you'll be a bit more smarter with strategy as a whole.
