This little piece of turd needs another 3% weight added
Well here's an article showing that there was a huge PSN outage before the maintenance. Tons of people logged out and couldn't get back in. So that's what ruined my last race lol..If you get logout then it's your network. PSN was however under maintenance during last FIA.
I usually get crash with error like most here, and usually on FIA as well..
It is, absolutely. I have reached 2 times A+ rank already, and been able to maintain it.
But, I have reached my limit and like I said it doesn’t make sense to drive against lower tier opponents Dr Wise cause it’s if I don’t finish 1st i‘ll Loose tons of dr in 1 race and due to the lack of enough A+ Drivers it can take 10 or more races to get back like where it was before.
So yes I have nothing to prove anymore despite becoming a Top10 Driver for Ferrari, as it’s the only Manufacturer I actually drive, or drove during the dailies.
I stopped playing dailies in January and recently opened a new Account to promote STR Stronger Together Racing , Anxiety and Depression Fighters.
It’s a side kick from @QRacer_31, Team Captain of Team TNTR , and I fully stand behind this Project. It’s an very honorable Idea and a very Important one too. But before I go way too far off topic, let’s just leave it and move on![]()
This may cause problems for people like anchovy_sand in the Asia region for example, as I think he is still A+/S as of typing this, although Japan has enough fast S/S drivers already so it's not going to be a problem for them.So correct me if I’m wrong, but only players who have earned S DR are eligible for the regional and world finals, and therefore only they are eligible for the championship? So really, if you’re not S DR (mostly referring to A and A+ players who will be in the upper split races) you’re basically just on track to interfere with the championship? This season will be interesting.
To compare it to NASCAR, S DR players are the playoff contenders and everyone else is still on track with them.

Just looking through the rules, and it doesn't state anywhere that S is a requirement to get to the finals.
but the player will be given opportunities to appear in race reports and Live Events
The thing is, S is awarded at the end of the season. So if you are A+ now and fulfill the requirements in season 3 you will become S the next day and be eligible for live events.
I guess that’s true. Don’t know if they’re awarding S ranks from Season 3 or not though.
People that achieved Star Player status from Season 2's points are eligible for Top 24 races and Live Events.
The FIA Final Season is about to start. Players must have the Star Player designation to be eligible for the Live Events.

But what if you're an A+ driver and finish in the Top 10 of your region (Asia/Oceania)? Will you still be invited to the Live Events?
Other than the live event what actually happens after season 3, will there be more off seasons or will we be stuck with only the 'daily' races?
There will be a lot more lobby racingThis is a very good question. Not having those championships and now with weekly races, GTS will die pretty fast.
If you are already a Star Player, you don't have to re-register. Otherwise you should have gotten a notification.Have you got a notification about the star player from season 2 yet? I finished 39th in my region so I should have it again but haven't got any notification.
No, you must have the Star Player Designation (S Rank.)But what if you're an A+ driver and finish in the Top 10 of your region (Asia/Oceania)? Will you still be invited to the Live Events?
Season 3 is the Final Season. So you must have Star Player Designation in the Final Season (aka Season 3). Star Player won't be recalculated after Season 3 for the Live Events. This is what we are trying to figure out. Following the flow of the rules one would presume that Season 3 also dishes out S rankings just like Seasons 1 & 2 did. Since you become S literally the day after the last race then you should be eligible for live events. As I stated before, if that is not the case, PD needs to clarify it now.
Matching starts with SR, and I think 90+ SR is needed to stay in the top races. After that it's based on DR rating, so you'll be matched with drivers close to your DR.Hi this is my first season, I hopefully will be A+ S rating. Will I still get to race the top players in my region?

Yes! That measure is called the 2019 FIA Gran Turismo Championship.Do PD have any measures in place in case the Top 24 Race disconnects? I know it’s happened where basically everyone in that lobby has disconnected recently.
