Yeah nobody cares if Slovakia is in oh wait I mean Slovenia oh right nobody gives a damn..
Yeah who cares about "3rd world countries"??!!:D

Such a shame, so many talented drivers from Croatia not even trying to waste their time on this because well, they will probably never get the chance to participate.

It's depressingly funny when Italy gets a special competition, then ignores the Slovenes, Greeks, Croats, etc.

While Lebanon is eligible, but their aliens are unknown, or the lack thereof! :scared:

2 observations as the final season heads into round 4.

Looks like fuel saving/drafting/undercutting is a hugely effective strategy...not sure if the guys that prefer outright pace can come up with an alternative. Better get accustomed to making sure your mind is clicked in to varying situations in a race and not get locked into one form.

With Italy coming online, and a host of other known issues, the 2018 Final Season may mired in controversy. But I hope sportsmanship continues to pave the way towards an entertaining and respectable finish. All the guys that have worked so hard deserve no less. Remember PD, we the drivers are the cornerstone of your business. Without us, there is no PD.

Well, not surprisingly for Croatia, their government doesn't give a **** about their citizens. I was even so excited about this competition, that a few years back (when gt sport concept was disclosed), I wrote 2 emails to the Croatian FIA automotive club institution about this and kindly asked them to support this. I NEVER got a response email to that of any kind.

I can count 7-10 drivers from Croatia that could compete for top30 in EMEA region straight away, that is if they buy the game and put the effort in, lots of them are on other sims (iRacing). Can anyone tell me 10 drivers from all of the middle-east, Austria, Denmark and Ireland? Don't get me wrong. I have nothing against anyone, and I know the whole background of why is this the way it is, but the talent loss in this failed system is huge and a complete fail.

Me, yesterday, at the manufacturer race ! Jackie Chan would be proud of my stunt :P
Or Tom Cruise, he did something like that, on "Top Gear" :)

Sorry if it has been stated before but I haven’t read it probably. What are the Criteria to be eligible for the Nation Finals after this Season has finished. The only thing I remember is you have to be at least 18 Years old and then...?!

As in to qualify for the live finals? You have to be rated DRS and finish top 30 in the region. But each country has a 3 driver limit, so even if you make it in the top 30 if you where ranked 4th in your country you probably wouldn’t qualify.

Then it goes to live regional finals then live world finals.

I was in your manufacturer race last night I think, i was the disappearing Hyundai through the bus stop after I was kindly disconnected.

I almost skipped the kart race. I am happy I didn't as it was one of the most fun races I have had.

i was in that race with you, that was tons of fun. Sorry for holding up the pack, i got a lucky draft during qualy and started probably 4-5 positions higher than i should have. Man did the steering input mess me up for the mftr afterward though.

@Tidgney
You know what impresses me almost more than your racing?

Damn, how fast do you type your messages on the keyboard man ?!?

Oh boy, I barely can read that quick

Haha, that's without the keyboard being secure to xD! My old RTS days helped improve my typing a lot! Back in the days of 150-200 APM (Actions per minute), crazy times :P!

It was a great race! Really fun with all of us so close together like that.

Nations yesterday turned out much better than I thought it would. I didn’t think I was going to give it a shot, but after some practicing I realized that the kart was much easier for me to handle in cockpit view, so I gave it a shot.

Entered the last slot of the night, didn’t get a good Qualy lap in until the last minute where I pulled a 57.0 which put me in P6 to start...not terrible. Battled a bit, was up to 3rd due to people crashing, then back to 6th after letting the fast guys by me again. 6th place in an SR99 lobby isn’t bad for just under 1000 points. Whew.

On the flip side, Manufacturers was terrible. I just really suck with the Gr.4 Lancer on power tracks like Seaside. I dislike AWD all together really. I can’t even begin to list all the mistakes I made, so many that it doesn’t even really matter how terrible the other drivers were in the back of the pack with me. I think I finished 13th or maybe it was 15th? I don’t even care, it was so bad I want to forget it. Lots of great daily races yesterday but of course my worst was at MFG. I think @Mistah_MCA and @Pfei were both in the same race, so unfortunately there’s documentation of my terrible performance! At least I got a blue S at the end, despite my bad driving.

I hope to see you guys in some races again soon and actually perform like I deserve to be there with ya. Cheers.

Thanks for the Clarification.
Aaaah yeah , I remember the Car in front of me suddenly gone. A shame that stuff like this still happens. Damn, would have been a good race, you had a decent pace.

I started with bad feelings, like you, @Winnie847 , with my 4wd Toyota 86 ( at some point I regreted the choice for that manufacturer ), but somehow I manage to drive that car and finished second after started from 14th place in the grid.
Looks like every track have a car that fit for it, because in a previous race, on another track, it was really bad for my Toyota !

A 4WD Toyota 86 would be interesting. A lightweight 4WD option...

I would like to know the proportion of G29 wheel during the Tsukuba Go Kart event quaification are under 56.8xx time.
I'm going to do a thread asking about this. Please , people under this time please answer.
How many wheels must i put in the list ?
-G29
-Thrustmaster T300RS
- Thrustmaster TGT
-Fanatec Elite
-??
-??
I ran a 56.72 with my G29. There was some draft assist but I'd say that time was around my optimum anyways.

I've been summoned!
We were in the same race! You should have seen me in DT Gardens (Gr. 4) on round 1, though. That race was abysmal for me. It felt like my car forgot how to steer and then I had to slow to a crawl to make a turn, so don't feel too bad haha. Hopefully your future races treat you much better!

We were in the same nations cup race. I don't want to talk about my results though

I want to remind just that video from indyfood again.

I heard that the creature striked obviously again, this time it hit @Fuvaros (in the race what @force ewerby just uploaded but the scene is not visible there)

Meanwhile most people are pretty sure who's second account it is, and that its used to ram off the track the french people in Nations Cup and Nissan Drivers in Manufacturers.

@TRL LIGHTNING watch out, if this creature will be in your race maybe sometime. Fuvaros was pole, too, and even the creature started only from 20th it doesn't save Fuvaros.

Some of you folks seem to have a wire to PD, I think now is really the time to get active and report him. Unbelievable.

The guy you probably think of had just been fired by his team, as they released an official note on their facebook page today.

No worries man, those things are super tough to drive, we were all struggling. What’s your psn?
ScotysDemise. I finished near the back of the pack, but I won my Manu race so it kinda cancelled out in my book

I still don't want to believe that this is his account as he is usually a fair and clean driver when i raced against him!

Here is the world record lap from the FIA Nation's Cup kart Event ^^

And this was my race hehe. Enjoy it guys :D

Hes been kicked out of TX3. So they either found out it was him or the rumours were damaging their reputation. Personally I've only raced wheel to wheel with him a couple of times and both were very clean, however he did also use the tyre glitch to win races, which is definitely cheating to win.

Either way hopefully PD ban the account doing the ramming at a minimum.
Personally I think If you want to race in the FIA championships you should race under your real name (everyone not just S rated drivers) to avoid this kind of thing in the future

Yeah agreed m8!

Tbh in Test Seasons I had seen and heard some dodgy moves by him. He was one of the first names raised when working out who had that account last Season for a reason

When they told us about the system at the World Tour they made it sound like it would help solve multiple accounts being used and they'd use ID to verify each one. Shame they basically made it irrelevant in the end.

Honestly ever since I saw that account in some top 10 leaderboards months ago I thought it was him, couldn't figure out anyone else capable of pulling that nickname while being that fast.

my night yesterday didn't go quite as i expected

Manufacturers first up, and i had some success (eventually) in the "Daily" version of this race so was coming into it pretty confident. so obviously i messed up my first quali lap, pitted thinking i had time for another lap afterwards when i didn't and started 18th on the grid. oops. spent the first half of the race stuck in traffic, jumped a few cars in the pits and finished 14th in the end. not ideal.

for the Nations Cup, at first i found the kart totally undriveable but kind of got the hang of it eventually, and qualified in 9th (or 8th, as the driver on pole position got kicked or left or something). first few laps were kind of dicey, gained places, lost places, made mistakes, some guy jumped 10 metres in the air after hitting a cone, but it eventually settled down and i was in around 8th. the rest of the race was ongoing battles where i went up a place, down a place, back and forth but eventually kept on ending up 8th. and i finished 8th. could be worse.

before the races i expected to go well in the Manufacturers and badly in the Nations, and it ended up being completely the opposite. shows how much i know then eh?

@notquicknick I did good on Daily on Dragon, too, but can't compare because of the restrictions of the FIA race for this track. Started from the back, too and was carefully driving ( but when I had a chance I went crazy in two wheels :) ) to avoid penalties, totally different from the Daily and I admit, had a little bit of luck avoiding the traffic , choosed to have an early pitstop for this.
