If you see any mistakes please say. A link to the spreadsheet is in my sig.

So the Gr. X at Monza is the Super Formula car...I enjoy racing all of the open-wheel cars, but I was REALLY hoping for the F1500T. Also, these cars are gonna be slamming against the rev-limiter around half the track with how short their gearing is...

My Elantra Sport is about the equivalent of a Civic Si (for a bit less money because Hyundai) and in almost 3 years and 62k miles it's been about 98% trouble free. Just needed a squeaky cooling fan replaced twice. Still puts a smile on my face after every drive. The first car in a long time I can actually say that I'll never sell it.

We have a 2017 Honda Civic and a 2015 Audi A4. Won't be getting rid of those anytime soon. It's amazing the difference between the Honda and Audi though. We don't drive it often though, trying to preserve it.

Since only 3 will count, I’d be silly not to take my Gr. 4 F-type into this set.

Time to work on this season’s liveries...I need to get my brewery’s logos as SVG files. I’ll try to coordinate this time around.

Made some distinct changes to my liveries for this season so wanted to reshare the Thrustmaster Aston Martins. I went with an all monochrome theme for the decals (minus the AM logo) to make the additional color accents pop more.

Heavy inspiration came from the AMR Vantage entries from the 2018/2019 season.

As only 3 races are considered and I am missing the Nurburgring GP anyway, I think I will risk and go with Ferrari. Till now was a no go because of the Group 3 car, but with the new conditions it might be feasible.

I will try today some time trials on the FIA tracks and compare it with my other tests from last days with other manufacturers. If I get decent times on the Group 4 cars I will sign with the Scudderia.

Sounds like you had better luck with the new Civic than I. I found out the hard way that it wasn't put together properly, and had been leaking oil since the day I got it. Took 10 days to fix it, and they only offered a loaner car after calling in for 3 days straight :banghead:.

I can't call it with these Gr.4 races. Lots will depend how hard players push to gain spots. Many don't play the long game and try to win in the first couple corners.

I haven't tried an FF at Red Bull Ring since the Scirocco in a Daily Race B, many moons ago. Alfa Megane might go okay there. That'll be three potential good races, but I'll do all four. Anything can and does happen.

People, please do not confuse the difference between how many rounds count towards your points and how many regions count towards a manufacturer's points.

For this upcoming pre-season your 3 best rounds out of 8 count towards your individual leaderboard score - these are the lobby points, top split winner gets approximately 300.
This is the same for both nations and manu.

For manu only (obviously):
Within each manu, the manu points from the top 3 regions only count - these are the weird 40, 36, 33, 30 etc points, but I haven't seen any mention how many of these rounds count however based on the example given it appears 200 is still a perfect score so maybe it's still best 5 for regional points but that wouldn't really make sense, happy to be proven wrong if there is any evidence.

Example in the announcement:
・Oceania (200 pts)
・Central & South America (200 pts)
・Europe/Middle East/Africa (192 pts)
・North America (172 pts)
・Asia (166 pts)

I've already changed my approach this year but I might have to review and change again.

For Christ sake! I have been practicing Spa for the past few days and it was driving me crazy... I was way off my regular practice times... without knowing why! Ihad been running on Hards all this time until I decided to watch a replay from one of the top ten guys... then I saw RS on their display and went WTH! .. I had tried before to see if other compounds were available and somehow I could not find it... tricky.

Switched to RS and in few laps I brought my time down 2.5 seconds! Back in business :D

My presumption is the same as individual: 3 out of 8. Therefore, the max Manu points for preseason would be 120.

Now, this was a change I was expecting and so I had a lot of time to mull it over. My general impression is that my chances (or that of any non-top tier alien) to be part of any future World Tour is even lower because it will be easier for top guys to form alliances with three instead of five. That said, I'm still giving it a go and yes, the Pug Train could shock the world again down the road if the right set of circumstances come together.
