I don't know if it was just my imagination or not but I felt like the ghosting was turned way up on this track (B/S lobby). People disappeared almost as soon as they touched grass, I wasn't worried at all passing people who went off.
Other times it feels like they never ghost until they're reset.
As far as that incident goes it wasn't your fault, but it's one of those times where backing off might save you your race. He should've been on your radar there, and losing one position (however unfairly) is better than throwing the race away. Sucks that people gain by driving roughly, but you won't fix that by throwing your race away.
