I'm thinking 780hp base for the X2010- I've been running at 890PP with the X2010 and making the X2011 meet that. Since it's the new car and is faster, I make sure the 2010 version is a tad bit faster. The 2011 seems to have better downforce, even if the downforce levels are the same. I want to leave it open somewhat, but not so much as to have people having more hp than others due to a PP setting. So I tested earlier and came up with 690kg/780hp/890PP for the X2010. Downforce settings I used were 150rear and 120front.

EDIT: added a poll for weekday of the race.

I think you should use one of my User Courses. I tested it with the X2011 and has a very nice flow to it. I called it ArrowNaux (Test) Course :p

We could do that. If it flows good and doesn't have too many crazy off camber turns. I'd like to try it out. If you have anyone that'd be interested in this series let me know. 790hp at most would be great to run with the Hard tires. Pretty good grip and they actually last for a good amount of laps.

I'd like to do this, but seeing as you're in WA, I feel like the races would go too late for me. I am certainly interested though.

I'm at home during the day. That's why I left the times open. I usually don't race past 9pm eastern time unless I'm already in a race. So the time is open to whatever people suggest.

I've done some more testing today. I have modified the cars to equalize eachother. So above in the technical section (post 2) I've edited it to show how the cars will run.

Sounds really good, i imagine they still handle superbly.

I am interested by the way, i have always wanted to have an organized race with X1's

Great to see interest! They handle very well, I just made them more 'manageable' you can say. Racing Hard tires last for a good while as well. These cars will be run with around <110points of downforce up front and <130points of downforce at the rear (SLIGHTLY Higher for X2010). A PP limit will ensure no one runs a higher downforce setting that way it's even. I found that running downforce levels at these specs still forces the driver to have a good input and you get more tire wear forcing a pit stop or two during the race. Still to decide on race length and day/time. That's open for discussion so give your feedback, please!

Any chance you will run them unlimited?

Not this series. I can't keep up with my ds3. I just think they're way more driveable and fun with about 800hp.

I'm already signed up for 2 races each weekend. If this ends up being late on a Tuesday or Wednesday night I would like to give it a shot.

Just remember:
An intact (i.e., not castrated) adult male is called a bull. A castrated male is called a steer.

800hp is more than 1hp per kg. That's damn fast and far from castrating IMO. Most tracks aren't even big enough to use 1500hp anyway. Thursday or Friday evening is how it's looking.

I was just kidding around. Sounds like it will be huge fun and I hope you get a great turn out. I'll keep an eye out for how the schedule works out. It won't take much to get me into an X1 for some fun racing.

I'm just waiting for more interest. See what day and time people would want to run. How about you?

I can do 10pm est Tues, Wed or Thurs. How many guys do you have?

Going by the comments and votes, I'd say 6 maybe 7 people interested so far. Preach about it though, see if you can draw more attention to it.

Hi

What a nice idea since i have red x2010 and i dont use it :)

Cheers

Keep it coming! Make sure you vote a day and then specify the time you feel good racing (EASTERN U.S.)

I'm thinking thursday or friday. Friday seems popular and there's a couple votes for it.

I would prefer friday. As i have a lot of races, saturday, Sunday and monday.
