Any vids of the E-tron?
The lights of the speedometers are verry poorly done, like sometimes it looks like they don't have a backlight.
Anyone seen this tv commercial? I think it's great. A lot of gaming memories right there!
Nah man playe the demo with the ferrari f430 at dubai in night and you see what i mean. In horizon it looks miles better just look@turk1993 This is specific to this car i think.
I just did a test-run of Twitch on Spa at night in the eBay 125i (first time on the track at night, first time in the car), and while I'm going to have to broadcast on low quality, I can probably do another one later with the E-tron.
I apologize in advance to anybody that has to listen to me, and I apologize retroactively to the few people I saw pop up in the head-count as I drove around like a novice.
Is it cataloged?
Twitch didn't save it, no. Did I miss a setting somewhere?![]()
I'm not sure I completely understand the argument, either. The 430S was running under floor lights of Yas. The Spa comparisons are being made off twitch feeds. And the Horizon screenshot that shows it "correctly", shows far too much contrast between the orange dials & black dash, imo, for a car that's apparently at some point of the day.Jeez, people really do complain about everything these days. Can we just appreciate for a moment that Forza 6 actually has night and rain now, I thought I'd never see the day just earlier this year. And doing both at flawless 60 fps is a stunning achievement, of course some graphical compromises have to be made when the game is running at 2-3 times the framerate compared to competition (cough cough 20 fps rain in pcars).
Don't get me wrong i understand its a hell of a achievement but its just a small detail. they need to make the cockpit lights brighter. Other than that it looks freaking amazing.Jeez, people really do complain about everything these days. It's important to point out that your monitor is most likely calibrated differently to your television, so it's never an accurate representation of what you'll while you're playing.Don't get me wrong i understand its a hell of a achievement but its just a small detail. they need to make the cockpit lights brighter. I'm just getting really sick of the complaint culture on the internet that seemingly took off in the last few years. Positive comments and constructive feedback are very few and far in between as of late, and it's not just forza, it's almost every single game. Makes it very boring to read honestly, and to me interaction on the forums is sometimes as fun as playing the game itself, especially when you come across an interesting opinion that adds something meaningful to the discussion. On some forums, youtube, etc. literally 90% of the comments for Forza 6 consist of "lol driveclub looks better", I don't what these people are trying to achieve, but it just stinks.I'm not sure I completely understand the argument, either. So, quick request, but has anyone released footage of COTA in-game? Or are these folks restricted to showcasing only certain content?
My god, Rio is so fast and bumpy. Can't wait to take the Lotus F1 car out.
As I assumed, then. That'd be great, but my Sunday & Monday plans are pretty booked, so no point in catering to my request if I won't be able to watch it. I shall wait til' release. We're restricted to certain content. Can't say much more, but a stream on Sunday or Monday can sort that out if you'd like.![]()
Forza 6 could easily be running at upwards of 70 fps behind the scenes to accommodate for fps drops and not let the user see them, so there's your 2x difference, plus 1080p is 30% more pixels than 900p, plus the tracks in PCars are incredibly poorly detailed as far as trackside detail goes, I think that Shift 2 had better detail.Pcars doesn't run at 20fps in the rain, that's ridiculous. In the digital foundry stress tests, the X1 version ran mid to low 30s at worst in heavy rain in traffic at monaco, and that was months ago, before all the patches that brought optimisation for consoles. I would be willing to bet the game rarely, if ever, falls below 40fps at the very worst, even on X1, which had the worst performance of the 3 platforms.
Watch Insidesimracing stream from last night, they've played through all the demo tracks, COTA, Prague, Long Beach and were on their way to Brands but the time ran out.So, quick request, but has anyone released footage of COTA in-game?
