GT1 Oddities and bugs! Post here if you notice one.

If you have European version of the game - don't even try to buy any muffler (except of racing muffler) or tires (any of them), or your game freezes.
This bug is as old as hell. I had two discs, both had this bug.

this is not true. my disc is an European one and I can buy all the tires and mufflers without any sign of freezing.

In the last few days I've been playing some GT1, getting some cash and making some RMs since thats all you can do after you gold ALL the events. One of the early cars I made into an RM was the New Car Honda Accord Wagon. Love this car btw, lots of fun. Well, earlier today I was in the race menus and noticed... (Do mind the picture quality, my capture setup is frankenstein beyond belief, and it imports as.jpeg)

[R] Accord Wagan? But wait, theres more..

It reads it as a Wagon at the My Home menu..

And the actual car for good measure, I like it a lot.

Strange? Yes. Reasons why the typo exists? I don't know.

...And all of the Mazdas that can be Race-Modded of course.

Yea , I found that too during my last update to GT1 licence times.

Forgot to write about that on the forums thought.

I'll add the few others I can remember now.

Dealership > Tuning

Viper (don't remember which one or boght) has some exhaust modification that gives same power value as the next one. (different cost)

And some of the Nissan Fairlady's / 300ZX's have some very long writing at wrong place. At turbo menu if I remember correctly.
(could be just that my (PAL) disc is a bit scratched up)

Don't know if anyone noticed this yet, but in the description of the used Lancer Evo III it doesn't speak of 270 horses, but of 270 ponies.

Kaz is a bronie as well! Even before FIM was out!

I checked the Viper and Fairlady again.

The Viper case , happens boght for R/T and GTS.

Example from Viper GTS tuning TUNE UP > MUFFLER :

AIR CLEANER- Sports --- Semi Racing
Price -------- 1,800 ---- 3,000
Current HP --- 440hp --- 440hp
New HP ------ 463hp --- 463hp

And the Fairlady.. Couldn't locate the issue on any of the New Dealership cars.
May remember it's location wrong (or even the car might).

Not so much a bug but more an oddity, if you remember how a red RM Dodge Viper looks (can't find a pic of it, sorry) and then compare it to the Team Oreca Viper from GT3 and onwards, you may find that they look quite similar..

I wouldn't have said so. I recently RM'd my Viper RT/10, and despite me going for yellow instead of red, I took a look at the red car and it looks nothing like the Team Oreca car

There's no need to, we are different thus we have different opinions. But still there are some similarities.. And you said your's was the RT-10? That's the thing, I meant the other Viper, the GTS. I know this video is low quality but it's the best I can find.. lol, confusion at it's best
